Close your eyes and imagine yourself living in a pretty villa downstairs with a private, very peaceful swimming pool, a setting for spending holidays with your partner or with children; furnished and equipped with all comforts, it has a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the peeled mountain.

Maison parfaite avec vue imprenable. De plus, un accueil d'une gentillesse ( ma fille était malade et j'ai demandé à pouvoir venir plus tôt) Encore merci pour tout. J'ai fait 3 location en Martinique qui étaient toutes très bien mais c'est celle-ci que nous avons tous préférés. Bonne continuation tous préférés

Très belle villa avec piscine, très propre, bien équipée. Marthe la propriétaire nous a gentiment préparé le repas du soir compte tenu de notre heure d’arrivée tardive. Nous recommandons cette location.

Faites confiance à Marthes, une hote à la hauteur de vos espérance. Accueil et villa hors pair. Vous ne serez pas déçus. A refaire.

Très beau séjour chez Marthe !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Marthe et Xavier qui ont été adorables dès notre arrivée tardive de Métropole. La communication s'est très bien passée qs jours avant notre arrivée : nous nous sommes donné un point de rendez-vous et Xavier est venu nous guider jusqu'à la maison où Marthe nous attendait avec un délicieux repas concocté par ses soins. Marthe a même eu l'adorable attention de penser à notre petit déjeuner du lendemain matin et de nous laisser d'autres surprises de bienvenue. La maison était impeccable jusqu'aux moindres recoins. Les enfants ont bien sûr adoré la piscine. Le jardin et les plantes sont sublimes. Un colibri et de jolis oiseaux venaient nous rendre visite tous les jours. L'emplacement est idéal pour toutes les visites côté Atlantique, nord et centre de l'île. Nous avons eu du mal à quitter la maison et reviendrons sans hésiter. Nous vous recommandons chaleureusement la belle maison de Marthe.

RAS, une maison au calme, avec une super vue, et Marthe a été très réactive lorsque l’on avait besoin d’elle : l’une des clim est tombée en panne, et a été réparée le lendemain. On recommande, merci Marthe !

Un super accueil de la part de Marthe..une maison au calme avec tout ce qu'il faut... Marthe nous avait concocté un succulent repas ainsi que le fameux pain au beurre ... nous nous sommes régalés... Que dire de la piscine et la vue... extra ordinaire... Bref une hôte super accueillante et une maison au top le super compris pour passer des vacances géniale..

Très belle villa qui correspondait à ce qui se trouvait sur le site. Située entre mer et montagne, cette dernière correspondait à nos attentes. C'est tout ce que l'on désirait. Une piscine avec une vue magnifique, presque le paradis. A notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par la maitresse de maison (Marthe) qui en plus de cela, nous avait préparé un SUCCULENT repas du soir. Même si Marthe n'habite pas sur les lieux, elle est toujours joignable pour répondre à nos demandes. Merci Marthe pour votre magnifique habitation. En bref, si je dois revenir en Martinique, je n'hésiterai pas à vous contacter.

Superbe séjour à Marigot !

Séjour en Août 2018. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, avec nos 4 enfants, dans ce magnifique rez-de-villa soigneusement rénové et entretenu. Le logement est spacieux et confortablement équipé : cuisine intérieure et extérieure, un grand vestibule pouvant servir de dressing, une salle de douche dotée de nombreux rangements hors-sol (merci pour les savons parfumés à la vanille ! ) ... Accès facile. Supermarchés à proximité (celui vers le Lorrain est très bien). Voisinage calme. Discrétion. Pas de vis-à-vis. Piscine idéalement située entre l’ombre d’un manguier et une grande terrasse avec vue imprenable sur les flots bleus de l’Atlantique et les flancs émeraude de la montagne Pelée. Remerciements à la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité. Annie & Frédéric
