The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers you this charming, peaceful house to rent in the commune of Le Martinet in the Cévennes. Nestling in the forest with superb mountain views, it has an above-ground swimming pool and jacuzzi. With a surface area of 75 m², the house can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a pleasant 30 m² living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 750 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200), excellent bedding with mattress topper- Bedroom 3: with king-size bed (180×200) located on a slightly lower level. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, iron and inflatable paddle boards.
Outside: - A private, unheated above-ground swimming pool (4.12m x 2m x 1.22m) open from 15 May to 15 September. - Jacuzzi available from 15 May to 15 September for 4 people - 750 m² enclosed garden with sandy beach area for relaxing - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather, as well as awnings to provide shade and coolness - Direct, private access to the Cévennes forest surrounding the house
The house is ideally located in Le Martinet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Situated in the Cévennes gardoises, the house offers a multitude of activities and exceptional sites to discover about 1 hour's drive: the Château de Portes, Anduze and its bamboo grove, the Desert Museum, the Pont du Gard, Uzes, the Ardèche gorges, a walk in the Concluses... - Numerous hiking trails - Mountain bike trails - Canoeing in the Ardèche gorges or the Gardon river - Paddle boarding in the surrounding rivers or Lac des Camboux - The Mediterranean and its beaches are also 1h30 from the house.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
