"Residhome Suites Paris Sénart was perfect for my short stay in Lieusaint while visiting my friend abroad. Check in, with early luggage storage was easy and the staff was very friendly. "Property and staff were all 11/10 unfortunately the apartments face a rail depot, which is ok in the daytime but trains run all night and when the drivers turn up at 05.30 and move all the trains out, you are awake! Losing trust in Hotels.ca!!!

"The property was absolute rundown and the rooms did not have any soap, the sink was broken, no toilet paper holder. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet door could not be closed. The room was too small and dirty. It was the absolute worst place we have ever stayed at and the question is how Hotels.ca has listed this property??!!! Does this platform have any minimum standard for their listed properties?"
