  • Relax in this quiet and pretty 31m2 F2.<br>We offer you a magnificent F2 fully furnished and equipped, with a large shared terrace, view of the park and a parking space.<br>It is located 7 minutes walk from the Mée sur Seine train station, in a beautiful spacious and bright house. It is completely renovated and is located in the basement with a very high ceiling.<br>This apartment is ideal for a student or a person on a business trip or any other traveller.<br>You have everything close to the house: shop, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, post office, etc. less than 7 minutes walk. Several parking spaces also in the area and close to the house.<br>Public transport is also less than 7 minutes walk from the house:<br>* RER station D'Le mée sur seine: 5 minutes from Melun station which reaches Paris in about 28 minutes with the R line and Fontainebleau in 15 minutes
