In the heart of the Boucles de la Seine, a fully equipped villa for 10 people with a pool table, a heated outdoor pool, and a view of the Seine. Located in the heart of an orchard along the banks of the Seine, you’ll appreciate the peaceful setting and can spot river cruise ships or large cargo ships at any time of day. The spacious living area is a true haven of light with its large floor-to-ceiling windows and cathedral ceiling. A pool table is located on the ground floor, offering a 180° view of the Seine. The local ferry (BAC) at Mesnil-sous-Jumièges is located 500 metres from the house. You can reach the left bank by taking this ferry. The city of Rouen is 29 km away. Jumièges Abbey is 4 km away, and the beaches of Deauville-Trouville and Dieppe are a 1-hour drive away. There is pedestrian access along the Seine via the towpath at the end of the garden. The Mesnil-sous-Jumièges recreation centre, lake, and golf course are a 4-minute drive away. The outdoor pool is private and heated from May 1 through September 30 (please note that the temperature may vary depending on the season). Parties are not permitted. Ground floor: - Entryway leading to a spacious, bright living area (80 m²): fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the living room with sofas, a table for 10 people, a rotating wood-burning stove, and a flat-screen TV, - Master suite: 160x200 cm bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with walk-in shower, - Separate toilet, - Laundry room with washing machine, Ground floor: - Relaxation area with pool table, desk, and 180° view of the Seine, - Double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, - Triple bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed, - Room for 3 people with a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed, - Bathroom with walk-in shower and large bathtub, - Separate toilet. Secure private on-site parking. Underfloor heating. Baby equipment: high chair, baby bathtub, and cot. Outdoor area: patio furniture with charcoal grill, outdoor pool heated from May 1 through September 30. Heating, firewood, and housekeeping included.
