- Christophe welcomes you to a warm, family-friendly, and peaceful atmosphere in the heart of a south-facing, enclosed, and tree-filled garden. This charming rustic house is perfect for spending time with family or friends.
Gîte Eulalie is located in Minihic-sur-Rance, ideally situated on the Emerald Coast between Saint-Malo, Dinard, and Dinan. You are close to Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Dol de Bretagne, Mont-Saint-Michel, and Fort La Latte. Beaches are nearby (400 m), as well as a boat ramp (850 m), hiking trails (GR34), and beautiful walks in the Rance valley.
House description:
- Ground floor: equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave) open to a large living area (lounge-dining room) with a large table, sofa, pellet stove, WC, and closet. Direct access to the garden.
- First floor: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, 1 bedroom with two 90 cm single beds and a baby bed, landing with a sofa bed and a 90 cm bed, bathroom with bathtub/shower and WC, closet with washing machine.
- Large south-facing enclosed garden with garden furniture, loungers, and barbecue. Private uncovered terrace.
Bed linen and towels are not provided: please bring your own for your stay. Optional rental available for an extra fee. All beds have duvets and pillows.
Free Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed under certain conditions (please contact the owner via the booking platform). No smoking. Events are not permitted on the property.
