"Was a little confusing at first to find my room, until I realized it was in a separate building, an annex next to the church of St Michael... But this other building was nearby, and so quiet and peaceful. Had a great night's sleep, and really enjoyed my stay on the island. Highly recommend!"

"Very disappointing experience. We could not enter the hotel access zone at Mont Saint-Michel because the required code was never sent. After three calls, someone finally answered. At reception, staff said it was our responsibility to call and get the code, even though we had no signal and had to borrow a phone. Poor communication and no willingness to help. Also, there is no elevator, and we had to carry luggage upstairs. This was not mentioned when booking."

"Room was clean and dry with hot water. Very basic room but that’s all we needed. Just know you need a code to be able to drive to the hotel. It caused a delay for us but we eventually got it straightened out. Also, plan on having breakfast at the hotel - there isn’t any other option. Nothing else is open (even if it says it is) Just a few things we wish we knew before our stay. "
