We would not rent this house again

Belle Ile is a very nice holiday location. We were positively surprised in all aspects, in respect to its landscape, friendliness of local people as well as great food & gastronomy. Unfortunately we have not had a positive experience with the house and the landlord. Despite early payment took some time to get final confirmation from the landlord that all required payments were completed before starting our vacation. After the vacation it took quite a time to get back the deposit. Moreover, the landlord deducted us the repair cost for the handle of the entrance door. That door handle got lose during the last days of our stay, which was not our fault or negligence. The landlord was not ready to discuss. In general the house is rather old and there are plenty of objects, tools, doors or flaps which might break during the stay without any fault or negligence by the tenant. This is why we see a big risk for any future tenant that his deposit will be deducted as well. In addition, the house has got plenty of decoration and small objects on different shelves. When entering we first cleaned the house (and we also cleaned extensively before leaving). This is no recommended place for persons with house dust allergy.

La maison de Sacha est idéalement située en plein centre du Palais et très chaleureuse, cela change des Airbnb aseptisés. De plus Sacha est très disponible et nous a recommandé une super crêperie sur l'île !

Très agréable séjour

Charmante petite maison chaleureuse et authentique. Très bien située au centre du Palais ainsi que de l'Ile. Ce qui facilite la découverte de l'ile aussi bien à pied ou en vélo. Les sentiers sont bien balisés et entretenus. De merveilleux paysages. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine avec le soleil.

La jolie maison rose de Sacha

Nous n'avions pas de voiture et nous avons apprécié la proximité avec le débarcadère. La maison est au calme, bien qu'à proximité des magasins, restaurants et locations de vélos. Sacha est très attentive au bien-être de ses locataires. La jeune fille qui nous a donné les clés à l'arrivée nous a bien expliqué tot ce qu'il y avait à savoir sur la maison et nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Nous avons pu garer nos vélos de location dans un local fermé mis à notre disposition. Le lit est très confortable, la salle d'eau fonctionnelle et la maison joliment décorée sur le thème de la mer. Il y avait peu de rangements, mais assez de place sur le canapé pour poser nos affaires. Si nous revenons à Belle-Île, nous choisirons de revenir chez Sacha si nous le pouvons.

Très bien située, et en même temps dans un endroit calme la petite maison de pêcheur reste fraîche. L'aménagement est un peu encombrés de bibelots qui ne permettent pas trop de poser nos propres affaires

Agréable séjour en couple dans une petite maison

Tout était parfait (communication,emplacement , propreté). Je recommande la location de Sacha. A améliorer : aucun accès internet, la 3ou4 G ne marche pas par ailleurs. La décoration un peu oppressante (filets de pêche etc) mais cela reste subjectif et le lieu reste cool notamment la vue sur la mer !

Cette coquette et jolie petite maison est devenu un musée , trop de babioles au détriment d'un usage pratique . Au loyer, il faut rajouter le ménage et une participation pour l'eau sous prétexte de contrôler son usage . Il faut revenir à un montant plus cohérent et à une mise à disposition plus simple de cette maison .

Titre : JOLIE PETITE MAISON NICHÉE DANS UNE PETITE RUE CALME... Enfin une location avec "une vraie âme" une jolie petite maison décorée avec soin, on est à la mer et ça se voit ! on se sent de suite "à la maison" .. Sacha aux petits soins fait tout pour..belle bibliothèque, articles de pêche et de plage, et du jamais vu : un vrai dépannage épicerie très sympa offert à tous... Très proche de tout, très pratique, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!

Location froide..ce n'est pas une maison de pêcheur pour vacanciers..on ne peut toucher à rien.pas de place de rangement...très déçus.a deconseiller fortement.dailleurs y sommes rester 1 nuit au lieu de 3..sommes partis à l'hôtel le Bretagne ou nous y avons trouver du bien être

Une maison de pêcheur nichée au dessus de l'embarcadère... Avec notre valise, nous avons trouvé le logement en cinq minutes à pied avec un garçon de 8 ans. A Palais c'est l'idéal...la maison offre toutes les possibilités de vivre comme chez soi....côté cuisine tout y est, la literie est parfaite et la vue sur le port et la mer au loin...magique. A refaire... et le contact très facile avec Sacha, c'est parfait, on se sent en confiance. Quatre jours de bonheur... Anne

Une escapade à Belle Ile

Très agréable petite escapade de 4 jours à Belle Ile. L'île est magnifique, même sous mauvais temps, et la petite maison de pêcheur nous y a accueilli chaleureusement. Un joli petit abri dans le charmant port du Palais. Et l'accueil de Sacha, même à distance, fut très sympa.

maison très accueillante et chaleureuse, en plein centre ville de Palais, et néanmoins dans une rue très calme ! à proximité de toutes les commodités : embarcadère, bus, commerces, petit marché quotidien, ... ce qui a été très appréciable pour notre séjour en mi-saison ! propriétaire très avenante et soucieuse du bien-être de ses "invités" nous vous recommandons l'apéro et le thé (avec kouign-amann bien sûr) dans la belle et lumineuse mezzanine !

Superbe petite maison chaleureuse

Superbe petite maison chaleureuse et très bien située au cœur de Palais et à 10 mn à pieds de la plage de la Ramonette. Marché tous les matins à deux pas. Ciné, restaurants, commerces et port idem. Bref tout est à proximité. Dans la maison, rien ne manque et tout est à disposition des locataires. Déco super sympa mais peut-être un peu présente pour poser ses propres objets et ne pas craindre de casser quelque chose mais c'est tellement coquet ! Et pout finir : une propriétaire aussi chaleureuse que sa petite maison. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

Agréable maison sur île magique

Jolie maison, très soigneusement décorée, contenant tout ce qui est util au quotidien, et même plus.. Nous avons apprécié le marché du jour à quelques pas de la maison, offrant des fruits de mers tout frais, et des homards savoureux.. La plage à pied au grand bonheur de notre enfant..non motorisés, nous arrivions en 5 min à l'arrêt des bus ce qui nous a permi de découvrir cette île magique de long en large, malgré le temps pluvieux!..Merci Sacha pour cet endroit chaleureux et merci pour le ciré jaune :-))..

une semaine pleinement réussie

Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas encore Belle-île-en-mer, dépêchez vous de découvrir cette île qui mérite bien son nom: variété des paysages, de la végétation, des côtes sublimes, et un endroit idéal pour randonner à pied ou en vélo. La "petite maison de Sacha", conforme à sa description, très proche de tout, port, commerces, marché, dans une rue très calme, nous a apporté toute satisfaction: très bien équipée, propre, joliment décorée, beaucoup de documentation, nous y avons trouvé nos marques immédiatement, sommes sentis "chez nous" et avons passé une excellente semaine. n'hésitez pas!

Excellente semaine sur Belle-Ile en trip terre & mer! Petite maison de vacances idéalement située au cœur du Palais dans une rue calme. L'essentiel y est et la literie est confortable. Sacha et Stéphanie (qui fait le lien sur place) sont disponibles et aux petits soins pour toute question. Prendre un verre en début de soirée sur l'escalier en pierres, accompagné d'un bouquin, est un plaisir ! Un conseil : laissez votre véhicule sur le continent et traversez avec des vélos, Belle-Ile et une localisation au Palais, point à partir duquel il est aisé de rayonner , s'y prêtent particulièrement. Totale déconnection. Nous reviendrons.

Jolie Petite Maison - Belle Île en mer

Nous avons passés quatre jours formidables dans la petite maison des pêcheurs. Nous avons eu une belle accueil. La maison est située en centre-ville et près de tous les commerces. Nous avons eu de bons conseils par la propriétaire. Nous conseillons vivement cette maison :-)

nous avons passer un très bon séjour , location très bien situé et très bon accueil. appartement propre et agréable, le propriétaire nous a laisser de bonne adresses et de bon conseil. je recommande cette location pour un couple vu agréable rue calme et très sympathique. nous avons fait le tours de l'île en vélo et nous avions louer une petite voiture (buggy) , on peut aussi y faire de la marche . bonne restauration dans les différentes commune de l'île.
