"Our experience at this hotel was amazing right from the beginning. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. Explained everything well. The room was better than we had expected. The bed was firm and very comfortable. I'll be honest, I'm not used to getting a cook top in kitchenettes. It was a welcome surprise. All of the staff were fantastic, and the cleaning was much more thorough than I'm using to seeing in any hotels. To top all of this off, the location was fantastic. A supermarket in the building, a bakery right beside, lots of restaurants right be, and a metro station on steps from the front door. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else I know visiting, and plan to stay here again when next I visit Paris."

"You can stay here for a whole month but your room will not be cleaned, they will only change the sheets and towels once a week.. stay if this is fine with you."

I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the peaceful atmosphere after long days sightseeing. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again on my next visit. "Room wasn’t ready. Was assigned another room that the tv and the phone didn’t work. The chair in the room was stained as well as carpets. I will say that regardless, the staff stepped up right away to fix the tv and phone."

"Hotel is a bit out in the sticks but there is public transport close by. Room was very basic and clean could maybe do with a fresh lick of paint but the bed was comfy. After the mix up with the rooms which ended up with us entering an occupied room the staff were very helpful to fix the error which took 3 attempts to actually get us a room that was free !"
