Put down your suitcases 400 m from the Scall Bay! This bright and welcoming house promises you a stay between beach, walks and moments shared with family. Located in a private estate of 2 hectares with a large wooded park, enough to delight nature, sport and ocean lovers!



Outside, a peaceful and enclosed garden awaits you to fully enjoy the beautiful days in tranquillity, offering you the opportunity to observe numerous birds and squirrels wandering around. Set yourself up around the table for an outdoor meal or prepare delicious grilled dishes using the barbecue provided. While the children play safely, you can relax in peace and savour the peaceful atmosphere of the place. A pétanque pitch just 30 metres away and two tennis courts will allow you to share leisure moments with family or friends.



As soon as you enter, you will be seduced by the bright and warm living room overlooking the garden. The living room invites you to relax after your days at the beach, whether around an aperitif with family, a good film or a sporting event on television. Just next door, the dining room extends into a functional and well-equipped open kitchen: gas hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to prepare good meals.

On the night side, the ground floor houses a first bedroom with a single bed (90x190), a shower room with shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find two other comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with a Queen Size bed (160x200). A second separate toilet is also available on this floor.



For more comfort, the house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and a private parking space.

A notre arrivée les clés nous ont été laissées et nous avons fait notre check in seuls comme entendu avec l'agence. Cuisine bien équipée.Appartement moins lumineux que sur les photos. La plage est accessible à pieds ce qui est un vrai plus. Il manque quelques chaises longues dans le jardin.
