You will stay in this lovely house, designed for your comfort, able to accommodate up to 6 people.

On the outside, you will enjoy a furnished terrace, equipped with deckchairs and a dining table, ideal for enjoying the beautiful summer days.



Upon arrival at the house, you will discover the main living room comprising a lounge area as well as a dining table. Just behind it is the open kitchen, fully equipped and offering direct access to the terrace. You will find an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a dishwasher.



The house has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: on the ground floor: has a double bed (140 x 190)

Bedroom 2: on the ground floor: has two single beds (90 x 190)

Bedroom 3: On the first floor, you must go through the terrace and external stairs to access this last bedroom, which has a double bed (140 x 200).



For the bathrooms, you will have access to a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom located on the first floor.



In the laundry room on the ground floor, you will have access to a washing machine as well as an iron.



For parking, you can park for free on the street. In front of the house, space is provided for parking up to 4 bicycles.

To change your horizons, you can discover the ramparts of Guérande or the marshes of the Brière Regional Park, a few kilometres away.
