Located in Le Pouliguen, this 110 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with filter coffee maker, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private TV, baby cot, and high chair. The bright 41 m² living area features an open kitchen.
Outside, relax in your private garden and on a south-facing uncovered terrace. The enclosed garden provides a secure outdoor space and can be locked for added privacy.
Street parking is available right in front of the house, and self check-in makes your arrival easy. Parties are not allowed. The property is just 800 m from the beach and harbor, in a very quiet neighborhood.
This former 1950s fisherman’s house was fully renovated in 2013. All ground-floor rooms have glass doors opening onto the garden.
IMPORTANT: The two ground-floor bedrooms are connected but each has a French door leading to the garden. Only a small garden shed remains inaccessible to guests.
Note: Bed linen and towels are not provided (please bring your own for your stay). Optional rental is available for an additional fee.
At departure, please leave the property clean.
