Le Soler stay

Although enjoyable not quite what we were expecting. We only however had 2 problems. Finding the location initially. There were no directions and eventually we had to phone Alain. The second was the shower. It was very difficult to use and needs reviewing.

Annonce trompeuse

La photo de l'annonce est trompeuse, c'est la maison du propriétaire et n'a rien à voir avec la location.Le 2ème espace nuit n'a rien d'une chambre, c'est une mezzanine sous le toit dont la hauteur est de 0,30 mètre sur les bords et de 1,70 mètre au milieu et non climatisée à ce niveau. Il est accessible par une échelle de meunier quasi verticale et donc pratiquement impossible pour des personnes d'un certain âge et très dangereux pour des jeunes enfants (voir photos). Ce point n'est pas stipulé dans l'annonce.Plusieurs équipements indiqués étaient inexistants : blanchisserie, laverie, lecteur DVD, ... Le téléviseur quant à lui fonctionnait très mal. L'alimentation en eau chaude était très capricieuse (bouillante ou glacée et passant de l'une à l'autre de manière très rapide). Environnement très mal entretenu et plus ou moins à l'abandon.L'emplacement de la location n'était pas indiqué, il a fallu réclamer l'adresse précise 2 fois auprès du propriétaire.En conclusion, cette location n'est pas prévue pour 4 adultes mais pour 2 adultes et éventuellement 2 enfants d'âge moyen.

Cottage Bali Mas de la taillandiere

Bonjour sommes retourné pour la deuxième fois. Très bel endroit , propriétaire (Alain) très sympathique. Logement très propre et bien situé. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés.

Absence du propriétaire pendant notre semaine de vacances. Pas d'eau chaude le 1er jour (bouteille gaz vide) Absence du propriétaire au départ de la location, sans avoir eu aucun message ou contact. Avons laissé les clefs dans le logement... Logement vieillissant mais compte tenu du prix intéressant.

Des choses à revoir.

Cottage bien placé cependant, on a vu beaucoup toiles d'araignées et de fourmis. Le cottage en lui meme est correct. Il faut aussi revoir l'adresse qui est sur l'application abritel quand on clique sur l'adresse elle est incorrecte. Mais je suis tres satisfaite de mon séjour.

Beau potentiel mais pas exploité

Bonne communication avec le propriétaire et très arrangeant. Logement très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Parking privé et sécurisé appréciable. Cependant, les extérieurs ne ressemblent pas vraiment aux photos (vieillissant). Le bruit de la 2x2 voies est un inconvénient et ce serait bien par exemple de rajouter des lumières dans l'allée des cottages notamment quand nous rentrons de nuit. Le spa n'est pas fonctionnel non plus et c'est vraiment dommage car nous étions intéressés. La propreté de la douche est négligé (moisissures) Attention l'adresse renseigné n'est pas la bonne.

excellent séjour nous reviendrons

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Alain est très accueillant et très arrangeant sur les horaires. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Ne vous inquietez pas si Alain ne répond pas le jour même, il est très pris par son travail mais il ne vous oublie pas. La maison est très bien située, pas loin d'Argeles, le Canet, Leucate, Barcares et l'espagne. Nous avons été enchantés. Merci encore Alain !

Quelques petits "inconvenients" (infiltration d air dans la porte, nationale à proximite) bien vite compenses par d autres choses essentielles: bon accueil du propriétaire, maisonnette très coquette et originale entourée d un très joli jardin, indépendance...A recommander pour un passage à Perpignan, proximité belle campagne et routes desservant la région.

Un très bel endroit

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce charmant cottage dans un très beau paysage. Alain notre hôte a été très accueillant et très disponible. Nous y avons très bien dormi malgré la voie rapide juste en contre-bas. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Très désagréablement surprise.

Le seul point positif est l'accueil du propriétaire. Le gîte est en très mauvais état et sale. Aucune des portes donnant sur l'extérieur ne ferment correctement. Le linge de maison n'a pas été changé en 15 jours. Le jacuzzi est inopérationnel. La nationale (2 fois deux voies) passe juste à côté du gîte ce qui occasionne une nuisance olfactive et sonore insupportable (je n'ai pratiquement pas dormi en 15 jours). Deux grandes antennes sont positionnées sur le château d'eau qui se trouve juste à côté. Des contraintes personnelles ont fait que je devais rester sinon, malgré la somme versée, je serais répartie le jour même. Je tire un trait sur Abritel. C'est la première fois que je passais par eux... c'est la dernière !!! Visiblement, il n'y a aucun contrôle de leur part.

Chalet très confortable pour découvrir les environs

Ce chalet (parmi 4 dans la propriété) est bien équipé et il est situé à l’opposé de la route dans la propriété (très calme). Aucun problème pour stationner, il est à proximité des commodités de la commune de Soler. A noter qu’en 15 minutes, vous pouvez être au centre ville de Perpignan.
