We offer you a 4-star classified property, Ty Lodge La Réunion, located in the South of the island, between Saint Pierre and the volcano, offering an ideal location between sea and mountains for visiting, accessing numerous hikes, or reaching the beach in less than 30 minutes. You will enjoy a heated swimming spa of 10 m2, allowing you to combine sport, leisure, and relaxation, with its jacuzzi area and counter-current swimming pool.
The outdoor area is completed by two covered terraces, a large exotic wooden deck, a tropical garden, and a panoramic view of the ocean, mountains, and coastline.With a living area of 110 m², the house can accommodate 6 travelers. It consists of a beautiful living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, including a master suite with its walk-in shower room, a bathroom, and 2 toilets, one of which is separate.
The accommodation is equipped to offer maximum comfort: Wifi (fiber optic), cable TV, air conditioning (living room), washing machines, dishwasher and dryer, electric towel dryer, sheets and towels included.The single-story accommodation, accessible from the car park by a staircase, is composed as follows:Day area:- A 36 m² living room with air conditioning, TV, Bluetooth soundbar, telephone, sofa, armchairs, various storage units, and a dining area.- An open-plan fitted kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, hob, Senseo pod coffee machine, filter coffee machine, radio...Night area:Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200), a wardrobe/closet, and ventilation and heating equipment.
One of the bedrooms has an electric relaxation bed and an adjoining shower room with a walk-in shower, toilet, and electric towel dryer.Bathrooms / Toilets:
- 1 bathroom with Creole (local style) bath-shower, double sink, electric towel dryer, washing machine, and dryer.
- 1 shower room with walk-in shower, toilet, and electric towel dryer adjoining one of the bedrooms.
- 1 separate toilet.Exterior:- A beautiful garden of approximately 300m² with vacoas (pandanus trees), palm trees, coconut trees, tropical flowers.
- Two varangues (terraces) of approximately 20 m² each, facing South-West, with a magnificent unobstructed view of the ocean, mountain, garden, swimming spa, equipped with furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue).
For even more comfort, the following additional equipment is provided: iron and ironing board, cot, and baby bassinet.
Respect for the accommodation. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation as if it were your own. Any damage or deterioration may result in a deduction from the security deposit. Cleanliness & waste management. Please respect the sorting instructions by using the appropriate containers: Household waste: classic bin. Selective sorting: recyclable packaging (plastic, cardboard, etc.) Glass: to be deposited exclusively in the glass bins provided for this purposeIt is forbidden to leave garbage bags in the common areas or outside the accommodation. No smoking. The accommodation is entirely non-smoking, including near the windows. Please smoke outside and throw your cigarette butts in the ashtrays, without leaving them on the ground. Respect for the neighborhood. Out of respect for the neighbors, we thank you for limiting noise, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests & events. Parties and gatherings are prohibited, unless prior authorization is granted for a specific event (wedding, baptism, etc.). The number of occupants must not exceed that mentioned in the reservation. Safety & energy savings. Please remember to: Cover the spa. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving the accommodation. Close windows and lock the door before your departure. On the day of your departure, please: Leave the accommodation clean and tidy. Take out the trash. Do the dishes or start the dishwasher. Return furniture and objects to their initial place
