"Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool war für die Kinder das Beste. Auch für uns kam er für eine Abkühlung sehr gelegen. Sehr nett. Auf Fragen wird sehr schnell reagiert. Beim CheckIn wäre es sinnvoll vielleicht auf das WLAN einzugehen und darauf hinzuweisen, dass das Tor einfach zugezogen wird. Aber das wurde nachträglich geklärt.Es sind 3 WC's vorhanden, nicht 1, das war sehr erfreulich.Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 8 Kinder zwischen 0 und 11 Jahren. Das Haus hat l gut ausgereicht. "The hotel is in a great location and the property itself is very charming. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. After a long day of travel, I arrived hoping for a smooth check-in, but instead spent several minutes having to prove that I had previously spoken with someone at the hotel by showing them a conversation linked to their phone number. Rather than trying to help resolve the confusion, the staff were dismissive and unaccommodating. While I understood that early check-in could not be guaranteed, there was little effort made to assist us in any way. To make matters worse, the room we were initially assigned had visible mold, which was both concerning and unacceptable. There was also significant confusion regarding payment. I had prepaid for the room prior to arrival, yet I was told there was no record of the payment. Despite only staying two nights, there seemed to be uncertainty about charges even though I had already paid for three nights in advance. I am not someone who typically complains, but after repeatedly trying to calmly explain the situation and seek assistance, I felt I had no choice but to be more firm in order to get any help. What should have been a simple and welcoming arrival ended up being stressful and frustrating due to the staff’s lack of professionalism and willingness to accommodate us."

"The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. Most of the shopping, restaurants, markets and port were only 5-10 minute walk. We rented a car in Nice and found the on-site parking was well worth it since we were unfamiliar with area. It was are first time visiting St. Tropez. The room was fine. It was clean, everything worked well but a bit small when trying to open luggage inside the room. The bed was the only big place to fully open our luggage. We didn't take the breakfast at the hotel but did see it several mornings. The courtyard were you can eat breakfast is beautiful. The selection of breakfast items were more than expected. Overall I would highly recommend staying here."

"I loved the location because it offers a beautiful view of the bay and is only a 10-minute walk from town. It is very easy to get in and out, which helps avoid traffic. The swimming pool is wonderful, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist and provide great recommendations. The breakfast was absolutely delicious."

"Fantastic stay at Château de Berne. The staff went above and beyond from check-in to check-out, the amenities were top-notch, and the on-site activities made it unforgettable. Mountain biking through the vineyard and wine safari were truly amazing as well as the dinner at the property's restaurant Le Jardin. Looking forward to coming back!"
