"We booked late and were given a family room. Lovely room, if a little expensive at £252! They also charged us twice but hopefully the manager is on the case for a refund. It was a mobility accessible room, so the bathroom was just one big room, not the prettiest and all open, so toilet next to shower etc...This was minor! The balcony was great overlooking the beautiful courtyard.
