• New fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with integrated freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, raclette-stone machine, etc. ).

• Living room with 1 extendable table (6 people) & 6 chairs, 1 corner sofa (5 people), TV (LED screen 102 cm - Full HD), Blu-ray player, unlimited wi-fi internet access ( Box SFR) + free phone to Belgian, French and English landlines.

• 3 Bedrooms (with electric shutters - located at the rear of the building): "Raspberry" bedroom with Queen size double bed (160 x 200) and chest of drawers, "Sand" bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200) and chest of drawers, "Rose" room with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200).

Proche de toutes commodités très agréable. Nous avons passés un excellent week-end. Un petit coup de rafraîchissement de l appartement ne serait pas du luxe Merci

Perfekte Zeit

Es war alles sehr schön, das Appartement könnte an einigen Stellen sauberer sein z.B. Lüfter im Bad, die Rohre im Bad waren verstaubt und die Dusche müsste dringend einmal gründlich gereinigt werden! Würde jedoch jederzeit wieder buchen!

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, kein Aufzug. Leider gibt es keinen Balkon. Angenehme Umgebung, Wohnhäuser und Ferienanlagen. Kurzer Weg zum Zentrum und Strand.

Appartement confortable et bien équipé ,’très bien placé .très bonne communication également. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Cependant Il aurait été sympa de préciser dans l annonce que l appartement est au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur.. un petit bémol aussi pour la propreté à notre arrivée mais à part ça tout était top Évidemment à refaire Merci MMe De Neuville

Appartement bien situé

Les atouts principaux de cette location sont sa situation géographique. Elle est proche des commerces et de la plage tout en étant dans un secteur relativement calme. Elle est spacieuse avec un canapé très confortable, un coin cuisine bien équipé et une cabine de douche TOP. Chaque fenêtre possède un store électrique bien pratique. Les poubelles dans la cour permettent le tri sélectif des déchets. Les points négatifs : la literie n'est pas confortable (quel dommage). Il est regrettable qu'il n'y ait pas quelques produits ménagers à disposition des vacanciers, d'autant que le ménage n'était pas optimal lors de notre arrivée...

Logement sale, non entretenu

Logement bien situé à 2 pas de la la page et du centre. En revanche l'appartement était sale à notre arrivée (poubelle de l'ancien locataire, balai plein de mitons, matelas avec des aureoles de pipi et pas d'alèse, lave vaisselle tellement sale que non utilisable et bouilloire entartrée et pas loin d'avoir des petits poissons. Propriétaire pas très agréable et utilisation abusive de la garantie location pour nous facturer une porte de four alors qu'à notre sortie le four était intact. Le touquet, le quartier je recommande. La location de cet appartement à fuir.

Nous venons de séjourner 1 semaine avec nos deux enfants dans cet appartement : bien situé, à quelques minutes de la rue Saint Jean et de la plage. Nous avons loué des vélos pour rayonner et la voiture n’a pas bougé de la semaine. Appartement bien tenu, lumineux et très propre ! Accueil de Marie Lise chaleureux ! Résidence calme. Merci.

Appartement très soigné, hyper propre. Emplacement idéal: proche de la plage et des magasins. Nous avons tout fait à pied ! Boulangerie délicieuse et petit Casino à 2 pas. Location très bien équipée (même pour nos bébés: chaises hautes, lit bébé, etc). Accueil chaleureux sur place. La propriétaire est très réactive, à l'écoute et sympathique.

Très bel emplacement pour cette location, avec de belles prestations. Tout se fait à pied, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous recommandons la découverte des belles demeures touquettoises en rosalie, balade apprécié aussi bien par les petits que les grands! Pour les enfants aussi , l'aqualud et le centre équestre sont très bien. Excellente boulangerie sur la place Quentovic. La prochaine fois nous commanderons juste des températures un peu plus clémentes. Merci !

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet appartement. L’appartement est bien agencé et le séjour est très convivial et lumineux. Nous acons apprécié la literie de qualité et le calme des chambres. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. L’accueil par Marie-Lise a été très sympathique et la propriétaire est très disponible et réactive. L’appartement est situé tout prêt de la rue St-Jean et à 2 pas de la mer. La voiture n'a pas bougé pendant notre séjour et ce fut très appréciable ! Nous recommandons vivement !
