The property was dirty and unsafe
This property is the worst we have ever stayed in. It was filthy, the dishes in the kitchen were cracked and dirty. The stairs to the bedrooms are a ladder and my Mum couldn’t get up and down them. The boiler didn’t work properly and actually broke on the last day leaving us no hot water. There was a smashed window in my daughters bedroom which I told the owner about and he didn’t even respond. This place is not fit to be rented.

Ne vaut vraiment pas le prix
Nous avions réservé 2 des maisons du lot pour le week-end. Nids de guêpes dans l'une des maisons et chasse d'eau défectueuse Impossible de se doucher dans l'autre maison car le flexible de la baignoire est cassé Propreté des deux maisons qui laisse réellement à désirer Des travaux d'entretien sont à faire de toute urgence... De plus, l'annonce ne précise pas qu'il y a un forfait draps à demander avant l'arrivée. Nous n'en avions donc pas prévu Le prix est bien trop élevé pour la prestation, et surtout pour l'entretien inexistant. Inspectez bien vos valises à votre retour pour ne pas vous retrouvez infestés de punaises de lit Point positif pour la personne qui nous a accueilli et qui fait très bien son travail malgré le "je m'en foutisme" du propriétaire.

Du cachet mais a renover
Un super accueil par Mme Vessel qui a en charge les entrees, sorties et ménage. Cette personne a tout fait pour que notre sejour se passe bien. La maison bénéficie d'une cour extérieure partagée avec les 3 autres maisons en location. L'implantation est idéale proche de tout sans besoin d'utiliser la voiture. La maison a du cachet, un salon sympathique avec deux canapés confortables, du matériel pour la plage, des jeux. Par contre dans la cuisine une cafetiere et un grille pain qui ne fonctionnent plus... vraiment handicapant pour le petit déjeuner. Le pire selon moi c'est l'accès aux chambres, l'accès est tres raide et s'apparente plus a une échelle qu'à un véritable escalier. Une chambre est ouverte sur le haut des marches et l'autre a une porte. Cela devrait apparaître dans la description car j'ai une amie qui n'a pas pu monter. Les chambres sont en sous pente, attention a la tête ! Et pour finir, le forfait menage de 60 euros obligatoire et à rajouter au prix de la location devrait etre également indiqué dans l'annonce. Grâce à madame Vessel, nous avons pu faire nous même le menage et eviter ce surcout. En conclusion, des choses a revoir qui permettraient de trouver un meilleur rapport qualité prix !

très déçue
nous avons loué la Maison la Joie dont le prix de location est excessif par rapport à l'état de la maison : les huisseries sont dans un pauvre état (une fenêtre ne ferme même pas dans la chambre), installation électrique précaire (pour ouvrir un tiroir dans la cuisine, vous tirez sur les câbles électriques des frigos et autres appareils électriques qui sont tous raccordés à la même multi-prises !! Rassurant ...), une porte de placard dans la cuisine en hauteur qui ne tient plus et menace de vous tomber dessus...), on ne tient pas debout dans une des chambres !!, pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours, la déco ne correspond pas aux photos sur le site ... J'ai écrit au propriétaire qui n'a pas daigné nous répondre. Dommage Monsieur que vous ne respectiez pas plus vos locataires.
