The interiors have been meticulously studied and furnished, gracefully combining Creole charm and fine woodwork. The large living rooms include a table football, a superb fully equipped kitchen, pool and sea view since it is open to the outside, a pleasant indoor living room, also open to the outside. Villa Katleya has a sublime terrace that will brighten up your moments with friends or family! You will have the chance to enjoy your aperitifs while admiring the superb view that this vacation home offers overlooking the ocean.
Three spacious bedrooms are already waiting for you, in the heart of this villa with a certain architectural charm. In detail, we have a superb master suite with its private bathroom (King Size bed), and two charming double bedrooms (one with a Queen Size bed and the other with two single beds that can be converted at your request in a King Size bed), both sharing the same bathroom, consisting of a beautiful walk-in shower and a pretty basin.

The exteriors of Villa Katleya include a magnificent salt-treated swimming pool, surrounded by a large sunbathing area equipped with comfortable sunbeds. Take advantage of the magnificent sea view offered by this house from the outdoor bar or around the outdoor dining table, around which you can easily have delicious lunches with your loved ones. A barbecue will guarantee you exceptional grills and will promise you long discussions with friends or family. Tanning enthusiasts will love lazing around the swimming pool, the ideal spot for lazing around. And this, day and night, since stargazing is also recommended!

Of course, the environment plays a major role in the beauty of this holiday villa. Open to the outside, the volumes take advantage of natural light to let it shine in a refined decor. The villa offers a swimming pool, a terrace without vis-à-vis as well as an exotic garden (mango, dragon fruit, Indian tamarind, cherry tree…) which you can enjoy.

Très belle maison, très bien agencée. Le propriétaire ainsi que le gérant ont été à l'écoute mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin car le séjour s'est très bien passé. Un petit rafraîchissement pourrait être un plus. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette villa...
