Located in the desirable Gilded Mountain Community near Deadwood, South Dakota, this 4 bedroom cabin offers the perfect space for families of all sizes to enjoy the outdoors. Up to 10 guests can relax comfortably, and enjoy the wonderful views off the back deck. It's spacious and rustic flare main living area with gas fireplace & beautiful picture windows make it one of our more popular vacation homes.

Main Level Highlights

Open Concept Living Space: Features a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining table with built-in benches that seats 8, breakfast bar with additional seating for 3, and numerous picture windows that make the space bright & open feeling. A large TV is near the fireplace and there is a large sectional couch for comfortable seating. This is a great space for everyone to gather.

Outdoor Living Space: Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious covered deck with breathtaking mountain views, outdoor seating, fire table and BBQ grill.

Outdoor Living Space: Sliding glass doors lead out to the lower deck area where you will find a hot tub and can enjoy beautiful mountain views.

Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate 2-3 vehicles. *4-wheel drive or all wheel drive recommended for winter driving conditions*

Other Things to Note:

This cabin sits up on the hill so we do advise 4-wheel drive in winter. The roads are paved except the driveway and it`s easy access to snowmobile and ATV trails. The Terry Peak Ski Area is a 5 minute drive and Deadwood is 10 minutes.

Weekend Getaway

Vacation Property was as described with everything you could need included. It was perfect. Hot tub worked perfectly. The only warning I would give other travelers is with the clubhouse itself and not the rental home. The clubhouse is apparently being renovated and is very dusty. The lower level is unusable. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub area is usable at the Clubhouse. I have stayed at Gilded previously and the clubhouse was great. I am assuming it will be back to normal soon.
