Guests return for the comfort, views, and easy access to everything the Black hills of South Dakota has to offer.

This brand new, gorgeous home is located in the sought-after Powder House Pass subdivision and has everything you need to enjoy all seasons in the Black Hills! This house is conveniently located on a paved road with easy access into Lead/Deadwood. With access to the Powder House Pass Community Building, you and your guests can enjoy a year-round heated pool/patio, game room, outdoor fire pit, and more!
