The floor is very uneven…not up to code I’m sure! Balance was an issue! Not a good fit for older person (or if alcohol is on board)! Close to town and convenient and quiet! Host was informative and explained things well.

We only stopped in town very briefly, but had a wonderful stay. Hot tub on a cold afternoon was perfect and beds were super comfy. Kitchen had all we needed. Great little spot.
The place was clean and the host was accommodating, the hot tub is great!

Highly recommend! I couldn’t be happier with our stay. Super clean, updated, cozy and a walk away from town.
Booking was easy, affordable and excellent communication.
This little house is great and all you need for maximum 4 people. It’s small but has plenty of space for anything. Great location being walking distance to downtown.

We only stayed a few nights but the hot tub was the star of the show. Super fun trip for my 30th birthday! Leadville is tiny but the little house is very much in the middle of town. It was very clean and the host left a little gift bag! 10/10!
This cabin was great for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was useful for us to cook meals but the cabin is also walking distance to many restaurants in downtown Leadville. Loved the privacy of the hot tub! We will be coming back again for our next ski trip to Cooper!
Perfectly located. Just walk out the cabin and walk less than a block to restaurants, shops. Only a couple minute bike ride to the trail. Once i parked, i didn’t need to move. Great room. Will be back.
Clean and well kept little cabin was a great base for family of 4 for outdoor excursions. Steps away from some great bars and restaurants - had a drink at the Silver Dollar where Doc Holliday used to play cards. “The Famous” had good food and incredible views. And gear shops in town have everything you need. All walkable from this little gem at the end of town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Cozy and comfortable cabin. Great location and we took full advantage of using the hot tub. Over all the place is little with no lounge area, but with young kids we had fun snuggling up on the king bed for a movie and games at the kitchen table. Good closet space to store ski gear, food, and clothing.
The exterior surroundings were a bit concerning at first, but turned out to be safe and quiet. Inside there were some very nice touches. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The house was clean and quiet.
All in all a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time staying here. We were in Cabin A during Thanksgiving, and were in the area to ski at Copper Mountain. Only a 25/30 minute drive for us to and from the mountain which was lovely. The space was clean and cozy, had everything we needed, and was located in a lovely part of Leadville (just off of Main Street). The cabin is old, so there’s a little slant in the floors, but it was nothing that bothered us too much. 5/5, we’d most certainly stay again!
Perfect little cabin with access to Colorado Mountains
We stayed at Cabin A at the Mountain Peaks Motel and had a wonderful stay. The cabin was cozy and charming; it was well styled and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, right at the end of the main street and easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Leadville. The hot tub after long days of hiking/climbing was a plus! This cabin will be my go-to venue for future trips to Leadville. Thank you to Ting and Team for great communication and Service
It was a cute place. Very clean and comfy beds. The bathroom and shared space is small but worked for 2 of us. The hot tub was good for 15 minutes but the temp would drop rapidly. It is probably nearing the end of its life.
I loved the privacy of the hot tub and the location was prime for walking to stores/restaurants. The shower curtain was a nice surprise that my friends got a laugh at. Overall would stay here again. My one thing that I would recommend having is a drying rack for dishes since there is no dishwasher. :)
Basic -- But You Weren't Coming Here To Stay In All Day
Pretty small, clean, uneven floors property. If you are planning to stay in all day, not for you. But why would you come to Leadville to not leave the room? Super close to everything, good parking. Great option if you don't require luxury.
