This house was perfect for our trip to Leadville and hiking Mount Elbert. The owners were great with communication about the house and hiking Mount Elbert. The location was great to the mountains and only a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed pizza at High Mountain Pizza close to the house. We will definitely return for another stay!

Clean and Comfortable
First time to stay here and we will stay again. Nice sized bedrooms for a Leadville house and two baths is a plus. Clean and the kitchen is awesome with counter seating as well is a dining room table/chairs.
The property was clean, organized and everything about our stay was easily accessible. Great recommendations for the area as well. Great area right inside the front door for all your ski equipment. Location was close to places to eat and wasn’t far away from any of your other needs. Easy drive to the slopes.
This rental is exactly as described. It is in a great location near restaurants and stores. We went to Ski Cooper for 3 days and it was and easy drive even in winter conditions. The house was extremely clean and well apportioned with everything you need for several days. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for your group. Beds were comfortable. Great place to stay in Leadville.
Mike and Sunni have a GREAT place in Leadville! Their house was perfect for our family of four while in town for a wedding.
Their house had everything we needed and is in-town, which made walking a great option.
The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, and the kitchen was big and has everything.
Fantastic. First place I’ve stayed at in years that actually felt like someone’s home and not just a business. Well stocked with everything, even spices! Well organized. Great location. Quiet. Great backyard with beautiful Aspen. Good price too!
Thank you Mike & Sunni for providing this cute and cozy house for our stay. Excellent job with the decor and providing everything we could possibly need. Love the blend of old and new in the kitchen, island was a plus. Friendly lady next door and we enjoyed quaint Leadville. Loved the golden fall colors! We would definitely stay here again.
Mike and Sunni thought of everything to outfit this home! It is freshly updated with a gorgeous kitchen, large dining room, comfortable living room with lots of seating, 2 full bedroom and 2 full bathrooms (shower only in one). The kitchen had absolutely every item you’d ever need. Everything was spotless and clean. They had fabulous communication. The location is 3 blocks from the Main Street hub of Leadville and we walked for coffee at City on a Hill, pizza at High Mountain pizza, and our appointment at Melanzana! Highest recommendation!
