Beautiful Lake Travis plus 2 wooded acres close to Austin!

  • This property is tucked away in the country surrounded by quiet nature, beautiful big trees, and on the Lake with Lake access for those water toys or just to take a cool dip in the lake. There are Marinas for boat and water craft rentals close making it convenient if you want to enjoy the lake but do not own a boat or jet ski. There is a community boat ramp next the house for your use if you bring a boat or Jet Ski. Just a few miles down the road you will find an assortment of places to eat and shopping. Austin is a short drive with plenty of activites and nightlife. The best thing about this property is the peace and quiet, the lake access, the big beautiful trees and the easy access to lake and city life. Lots of do if you are tired of relaxing. The living area has 20 plus foot ceilings, butcher block counter and farmhouse sink in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have king beds and the entire house has vinyl plank flooring. There are 5 panel wood doors, central heat and air, double pane windows with view of Lake Travis. It's a short walk down to the water for a dip in pretty Lake Travis.

    You can enjoy Adirondack seating for 6 one quiet wooded lot with a view of the lke and gas firepit if it's a little cool.

    Gas Grill is available outside for your convenience.
