This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath custom built home is 40 minutes from downtown Austin and Bergstrom International Airport, 3 miles from Villa Antonia, 15 minutes from Flat Creek Winery, and 10 minutes from Cedar Park. This home has over 2,000 sq. ft of outdoor living space with a large fire pit, a 65 inch outdoor TV, built in gas grill and smoker; all surrounding a gorgeous 9 foot deep pool with a built in spa.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and includes a double oven, built in ice maker and all updated appliances with a large 10 foot island. The open concept home has a large dining room table that seats 10 and looks out to the pool and large covered porch area.

The media room boasts a 100' projection screen, 2 leather reclining sofas that can double as extra sleep space. The media room includes a full size popcorn machine, beverage bar with fridge and sink.

We are minutes from Lake Travis and a public boat launch at Jones Brother’s Park. The park also offers a tennis court, a large playground, & pavilions with grills for family get togethers. Bring your boat or rent from several close by marinas within 10 -25 minutes.

This is an awesome rental for Formula 1, ACL, family reunions, wedding parties, bachelorette and bachelor parties, and any occasion to be together under one roof! No worries on noise restrictions or parking, we are located on 11 acres with complete privacy on all sides.

This home is close to many stores, restaurants and activities. Grubhub delivers to this address as well as HEB, Costco and many other big box stores.

Perfect place to host an event!
The property was stunning with modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout to host our event. The kitchen was a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample space for meal preparation. The bedrooms were cozy and super comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning outdoor area. The expansive patio and pool area provided the perfect setting for dining and enjoying nature with butterflies and birds flying about. Additionally, the host was a delight to communicate with. From the moment we inquired about the property to the day of our departure, Ann was responsive and accommodating; ensuring our stay was perfect. Our experience at this home was nothing short of magical. It was a true home away from home. Wonderful Stay Close to Villa Antonia
We recently stayed at this fantastic house and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect for us as it was incredibly close to Villa Antonia, where my sister's wedding took place. The house itself had everything we could possibly need, and more! With 8 adults and two kids in our group (ages 11 and 1), we were delighted to find that the space was incredibly spacious, allowing everyone to have their own comfortable areas while still enjoying shared spaces for quality time together. One of the standout features of our stay was the impeccable cleanliness of the house. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel instantly at ease. The host was an absolute delight to communicate with, being incredibly responsive and providing detailed information not only about the house but also about local restaurants and parks. Their recommendations really enhanced our stay and helped us make the most of our time in the area. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we're already planning to stay here again when we come back to Texas. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place.

Fabulous Family Getaway
I booked this property for a mini-family reunion for 9 adults and one baby. Upon arrival, everyone was impressed. Plenty of space, property is beautiful, clean and well-kept. The owners were lovely to work with and answered any questions immediately. They even reached out proactively when a hail storm was about to blow through to allow us access to their garage/protect our cars- a move that is GREATLY appreciated! Our family likes to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. I'd say the place was perfect for our needs and we'll be back with friends one day! Many Thanks!

A small group of old friends gathered here for a reunion and eclipse viewing. It really couldn't have been a better choice. I was expecting to go out, check out the local pub and restaurants, but the house was so nice we never wanted to leave.

The home was even better than the pics! Equipped when anything you could possibly need to entertain, nice towels and more than enough for all guests, great beds, fantastic stocked pantry, tons of dishes and serving platters, wonderful pool and outdoor space... 9 of us stayed here for a bachelor party and had the best time. The place is even better in person. The house and pool/backyard were perfect for what we needed.
