Abenteuer Haus in downtown Leavenworth!

Welcome to Abenteuer Haus! A beautiful and spacious two bedroom condominium that is only a short walk to downtown Leavenworth. While staying here, guests have easy access to the dining, entertainment, hiking and festivities of our beloved Bavarian mountain town; with a stylish and comfortable home base to come back to.

This condo offers two spacious bedrooms with two separate bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate four guests. In addition, guests will enjoy a full (completely stocked) kitchen, and a comfy living room with a lovely fireplace. Also, enjoy the quant outdoor patio, equipped with a bbq and outdoor seating.

In addition to all the delicious dining and sightseeing that downtown Leavenworth has to offer, Abenteuer Haus is walking distance to the community pool, tennis courts, lions club park, library, farmers market, and Wenatchee river access. If you have kids with you and would like to get them out, Enchantment park and Blackbird island park are fun (close by) options as well.

Having a car is convenient but not necessary. Guests can enjoy a 15 minute walk to dining, shops and even the Wenatchee river from this comfy condo. The Leavenworth train station is about a 10 minute drive and could be a good option for those who don’t mind a taxi ride. Also look into the Leavenworth shuttle service for another option to get to town over Stevens pass!

Great Location, Quiet and Clean

While located on the end of town it was very much within walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The condos all appeared to be in use but we found the complex very quiet and respectful.

Excellent property! We have stayed in this complex a few times, but this unit was a fav. Everything you need to cook a meal in the kitchen, plenty of seating, comfortable beds and a perfect location to town.

What a great first family vacation!

Great overnight for skiing

Booked as an overnight to be able to ski two days at Stevens Pass. Great location for that and to be able to walk into Leavenworth for a great dinner. The apartment was wonderfully clean and stocked. We would definitely stay with this host again in the future!

A lovely condo, the perfect setup for a family getaway. Not too far from town, an easy walk. The living room furniture is comfortable to settle in and watch a movie and the beds are heavenly. Updated, comfortable, clean condo. Close to town (just a bit too far to walk, in my opinion), but still, close. Four adults stayed comfortably in two king beds. Although in a condo complex, it was very quiet and the grounds were maintained. Had a very safe feel and it was easy to check in. We would stay here again.

Fall get-together

My husband and myself, along with our adult son, made last minute plans to get together. Everything just fell into place perfectly. The condo is very comfortable and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Our trip to Leavenworth

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was walking distance to Leavenworth and It was quiet, clean and easy to find. There is construction in the area, so you can't get to the condo off US 2 while we were there. To drive it, you have to go about 6mi out of your way, but it was an easy drive.. We were perfectly fine walking the distance. We will be back..

Cozy and Comfortable

We arrived during a snowstorm. The condo is close to downtown and has plenty of room for 4 adults This is not against the property. VRBO changed their policy and does not refund your deposit for 144 days after the stay. This seems very extreme and this property had a very high deposit.

Great AC for a summer stay; quiet location.

4 stars out of 5 due to communication. We were told we'd receive check-in info on our day of arrrval. After a slow journey. We stopped downtown for refreshments and contacyed the owners. Check in time was 4 pm, but it was after 4 when they told us the property was ready for an "early" check-in. While the place had great location, AC, and kitchen, we also weren't told to use the door lock code to lock up when leaving. We figured this out ourselves, but would have felt terrible if we hadn't!

Nice and clean, heater worked well. The TV was hard to get started. We had to unplug and reset it and then it was fine. There were 4 of us and only 4 bath towels for 2 nights. The bathroom tub was a little hard to figure out. Might need to be fixed as the handle just spins and spins. Great location to downtown, parking area was nice. The kitchen has the bare minimum essentials but everything we needed was available. Nice frig and stove. If you get cold easily and need an extra blanket, bring your own. The couches were comfortable. Overall, nice stay. The lights on main street were worth it all. So beautiful!!

Perfect For Our Needs

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a ground floor unit so it did not requiring having to haul anything up a flight of stairs. We never heard any noise from the unit above. It was in a perfect location allowing us to walk to the downtown area and not have to worry about finding a place to park or about time limits once we did manage to find a spot. The home was very clean with a kitchen that had virtually everything one might need to cook - except maybe a cheese grater. We had pre-made our dinners so they just had to be reheated in the oven. The pots and pans have a non-stick coating so if that’s an issue for you, bring your own. There is decent body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.
