Whether you're planning a summer adventure, a snowy winter getaway, or a peaceful spring or fall escape, there's something here for everyone.

Summer at the Cabin
Make the most of the sunshine with your own private river area right outside the back door. Float, splash, fish, or simply relax by the water.
When you're ready to explore, head into Leavenworth to float through the Bavarian Village, hike nearby trails, or spend the day playing on Lake Wenatchee.

Back at the cabin, enjoy the outdoor space and games with family and friends, including volleyball, badminton, and cornhole.

Winter Wonderland
Winter transforms the area into a mountain playground.
Ski at Stevens Pass, sled right on the property, explore miles of nearby snowmobile and cross-country ski trails, or head into Leavenworth for its famous Christmas lights, festivals, and Bavarian charm.

After a day in the snow, come back to the warmth and comfort of the cabin for a relaxing evening together.

Winter travel note: Mountain weather can be unpredictable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for winter stays. We do not provide refunds for power outages or road/weather conditions unless an evacuation is ordered or the roads are officially closed from both directions. If at least one of the two mountain passes is open, guests are expected to honor their reservation.

Spring & Fall
These seasons are perfect for enjoying the quieter side of the mountains.
Spend your days hiking, fishing, golfing, exploring Leavenworth's Bavarian festivals, or simply enjoying the river and surrounding scenery.

Back at the cabin, challenge your group to a game of volleyball, badminton, cornhole, or one of the many board games available inside.

Please note that the cabin is intended for overnight stays and family/group vacations.

No parties or events are permitted.

Bringing Your Dog
Dogs are welcome!
There is an additional $75 pet fee per pet. Please let us know before your stay if you are planning—or even considering—bringing a dog so we can make sure everything is properly arranged.

Private hot tub
The hot tub is here for you to enjoy and relax in after a day of mountain adventures.
Please follow the hot tub rules and do not add anything to the water. If guest use results in the hot tub needing to be completely drained and refilled, a $75 drain fee will apply. No exceptions.

Security
For the security of the property and our guests, exterior security cameras are present and face only the driveway. There are no cameras monitoring the private living areas.

Mountain Travel & Travel Insurance
This is a mountain property, and conditions can change quickly. Snow, ice, smoke, wildfires, power outages, and road conditions are outside of our control.
Because of this, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers weather and travel interruptions.

We do not offer refunds due to weather, smoke, wildfires, power outages, or road conditions unless an evacuation is ordered or the roads are officially closed from both directions.
