Important Information:
Due to the home's hillside location, guests should be prepared for multiple stairs. Winter guests should note that parking is located on the lower portion of the property, requiring stair access to the home.

- Pets Allowed (3 maximum)
- Maximum Occupancy 10 guests
- Maximum Vehicle Parking: 4 in summer months and 2 when snow is on the ground.
- Please do not block the driveway. It is a shared driveway with a full time resident on the adjoining property. 3
- Must be 25 or older to reserve

Please Note:
There is a camera facing towards the driveway and also to the side and backside of the home. There are no cameras pointed towards the home or outdoor private spaces.

***In Wintertime***
When there is snow on the ground, the driveway is particularly difficult to navigate and we ask that you park at the bottom of the driveway. The driveway is steep and can be slippery! There is designated parking in the pull-out area for 2 cars and you will need to walk up the long stairway with belongings to the home.
Winter shoes with traction are advised.
We suggest you consider this when making a decision to reserve from late November through April.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
