The perfect location for your Leavenworth experience!

Welcome to the Inn on 8th, Suite, C.  This comfortable modern suite offers a king bed and a comfortable sofa-sleeper for up to four guests to use as a home base while visiting this beautiful area.  The kitchenette provides a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.  With a full bathroom, a cute bistro-style table, and a small living area, you will have all that you need to stay comfortably while enjoying our wonderful Bavarian town.  Perfectly located in the heart of downtown Leavenworth, all you need to do is walk out the door and you will find yourself immersed in the hustle and bustle of town.  Explore all the shops and boutiques and then head on over to one of the many restaurants or brew houses and indulge in local fare. If you`d rather get back to nature, hiking, biking, rafting skiing and so much more is on offer for you to choose from. Convenient, comfortable, and waiting for you!

Ask us about the 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 6 and our other studio suite that sleeps 4 located upstairs from this unit that rents separately.

Please Note:

The couch is a full and is only suited for small children.

This location is in the heart of downtown and can be noisy! We provide earplugs and white noise machines to help mitigate disturbances from the bar downstairs as well as general street noise. Light sleepers and travelers with children will want to consider this when booking.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.

The instructions for check in and out were clear and easy to follow. The place was great for our purpose. You can hear noise from the bar next door, however, ear plugs were provided. It was a great location and I would stay here again.

The property was as described, love that we were in town and able to walk to shops and restaurants and the river. There was some noise at night, but it did not bother us, and they did leave earplugs for those it would bother! We would absolutely stay here again, thank you!

Perfect location!!

This location was seconds away from every Leavenworth attraction. We had a great time, shopping and dining and then dropping off our packages at the room. It was well appointed with a comfortable bed and included parking!!

Perfect little spot

Couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were in town to float the river, shop and just hang out around downtown. This place is perfect for that. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Very noisy, but great studio and perfect location

We loved our stay at 8th st. The location was amazing and having a parking spot downtown was very helpful. The unit is EXTREMELY noisy- and we were constantly bombarded with doors shutting, feet pitter pattering upstairs and loud noises. The walls are very thin- so if noise bothers you this isn’t the place for you

Excellent location and great value

Met expectations, was clean and very convenient location- Leavenworth sites were only steps away. Listing was accurate, actually quieter than we expected. Mattress was just right. Parking right in front of suite was great. Just a bit hard to find , as there was a UPS vehicle blocking the alley way, and the only other way in was the street marked no vehicles, but we were able to drive in anyway Not the fault of the owners, though.

There is a restaurant in the same building that appears to be open until 2 AM. Noise from that place on night one was not awesome. The next night was quieter. The location is amazing. Conveniently right there by all the main shops. They do offer earplugs Via a little jar of them. Location alone was worth it. Next time I would probably bring a speaker or something to have some white noise to drown out the restaurant/bar. The owner was quick to communicate and very nice.

The ambient noise was horrible from the boiler behind the door and the kitchen or restaurant upstairs. They provide ear plugs but still wasn't able to sleep the whole weekend. The good parts the location is amazing and parking is nice and private really close to walking trails and all sorts of shopping and restaurants. It's a cute little place everything was clean proper.

Central location

The space was as described. Yes, it was a bit noisy, but that was mentioned on the description so I was okay with it. They had ear plugs available which was great. But we loved the space, especially the closeness to everything in town! We didn't want to have to worry about driving for meals or to explore downtown, so it was an amazing option for us to simply walk out of the door for everything!

Hidden gem in town!

Cannot beat the location. It’s just off the main walking flow so it’s quiet. As other reviewers have said there is noise from the shared entry way. But it’s not too bad. If you have mobility issues this may not work for you. The bed is very low to the ground. Maybe 2’ from floor to top of mattress.

Everything was excellent with exception of the check in. We spent about a half hour trying to check in from the 8th street entrance, and didn't know we were trying to get into the wrong unit. After much communication from your contact person, my husband walked around the building to find there was the entrance to unit C. What a cute little place to stay. Loved it! We will stay again if we make plans to go to Leavenworth in the future. Thank you!

Nice little apartment

Place is in good location downtown near everything. Very unhappy with the TV. Kids had a long day and we were looking forward to watching a movie before bed. It would load our netflix account and then say it had a problem with trying to watch movies, same with prime. Finally gave up.
