From June through early September, guests can bask in the sun beside the infinity pool and spa, featured in Luxury Pool Magazine. Enjoy waterfalls, floats, and poolside loungers, or fire up the grill and dine outdoors on the spacious decks. Always a great stay

This home is all about the gorgeous private pool and gorgeous views! We have stayed here several times and always have a great time and the host is very responsive. I would say the house could use a good deep clean and some updates would be nice, but overall it’s a great home with lots of fun entertainment!

Loved the pool! amazing views! Beds for all my four kids who are big now and want their own. Great games as well. Pool set up with cabana and bathroom plus a big fire pit was great!

3rd stay at Red Roof in 4 years

We like to visit Leavenworth, we love the house and we LOVE the pool. It was 100 degrees all 3 days of our stay and we spent most of the time in the pool. The water was warm enough that even the 7 month old baby spent hours in the pool.

Truly amazing place

Wow! This was an absolute dream of a stay. The house and amenities are gorgeous and the views are STUNNING. It came stocked with truly anything we would need- kitchen gadgets, fun games, pool, hot tub, etc. I can’t believe I got to stay here! The hosts were also amazing and extremely quick with responses. 10/10 best stay yet.

Fabulous View

Such a great property! Close to town with a FABULOUS view of Leavenworth and the mountains. We enjoyed all the many things to do at the house: hot tub, pool table, ping pong, foosball, multiple TVs, XBox, board games galore, great books, etc.

CHRISTMAS 2024

Huge, beautiul home on a mountain cliff over Leavenworth, WA. Plenty of room for all and a lovely hottub. Amazing pool and recreation area for a summer visit too. Pool table, ping pong, foosball and many tv's and large, expansive windows. We went through a 'white-out' on Christmas and it was so lovely to watch - like being inside of a snow globe.

Great getaway

I stayed here with my extended family over Labor Day weekend, it was a group of 9 of us ages 5 to 60. The pictures of this house don’t do it justice- this property is amazing. The beautiful views coupled with the infinity pool created the best environment to relax and spend time with family. The house use close to town, but in a quiet private area. 10/10 would recommend

Amazing cabin

The cabin was beautiful, well equiped and accommodated 7 fellas very comfortably. The view is absolutely incredible. We would have loved to use the pool, but it was frozen solid with the -10⁰ weather. The hot tub was the highlight second only to the sunrises.

couldnt stay due initially to hazardous smoke conditions

Jill the property owner was so helpful and kind --she suggested another time when we could stay in September when hopefully the smoke and hazardous air quality will be better--what a nice woman to work with --can't wait to go in September!!!---this is the rest of the story..we went in September and it was great..a little chilly for swimming but a wonderful getaway.

Amazing house w/Amazing views and pool with waterfall

From the moment of pulling into the driveway, to opening the front door and seeing the view was Spectacular! The pool was the highlight for all of us. We spent a lot of time in it. The view and waterfalls were breathtaking. Pool table and ping pong were fun as well. We all had plenty of room to spread out. The fact they let our dogs stay was super cool. Jill was very responsive to me. We Will return again. We've rented plenty of houses from may places and this is our favorite by far.

Absolutely Stunning!

We booked for a family New Year’s holiday and could not have been more pleased! The home was incredible and the view of the mountains amazing-will take your breath away! The photos of the property are spot on and the beds were comfy cozy! The kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed to prepare meals and seat our large family! It might be important to note that the driveway is some what steep! We visited during the snowy season and could not park in the lower driveway (which was not a problem for us)! There is enough space at the top of the drive and out off the road to park 4 small cars! The reason I mention this is that if you have members of your party that may need special assistance maneuvering the slope-keep this in mind! If you have an opportunity to visit Leavenworth any time during the year-we highly recommended this home-it won’t disappoint!

BETTER IN PERSON!!!

This is one of the few times that the pictures DID NOT do the property justice!!! Yes, the rooms are not modern and the decor is a little wonky BUT you are easily distracted by the beautiful views! Not to mention the salt water pool that takes away all your stress and worries! The hot tub was clean. Everything from the comfy beds to the spacious kitchen was a hit! We came with friends for a wedding and are already planning our return There was so much space that we were able to hang out with each other but also have our own space when needed. I'd rather not let everyone know how good this place is so we could keep it our own little secret. Owner and managers were very responsive. Mahalo!

Resort on the Mountain

Well first off "WOW" the house and grounds are amazing! The view is difficult to explain, the valley and mountains in view are breathtaking and peaceful all the same time. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or all in the same place. A game room we didn't know of was a pleasant surprise it had a pool table, foosball and ping pong tables. The swimming pool is next level, many resorts (really meaning most of them) don't have anything that compares to it. The deep end is 8-10 feet deep not exactly sure but I can touch an 8 foot ceiling in my house but couldn't reach the surface flat footed in the deep end. And the deep end is at least a third of the pool plenty to jump off waterfall or dive in from the end rock. Did I say waterfall? yup with mini river. Too much to describe must experience it to understand. Peaceful wonderful get away for my family I have no doubt you would enjoy too. Will be staying again for sure. Much better than a hotel or resort. Home away from home only better!

We felt the house was pretty clean but could have been a little cleaner when we arrived but not dirty by any means it was clean but. The upstairs slidding door was broken so to lock it they left you with a board to put in the tracts, only half of the jacuzzi works so when we were in the jacuzzi only the right side of the jets work? The pool was on the cold side our granddaughter only ended up spending 5 or 10 min in the pool total because of the temp. I know you can heat a pool to 80 degress in a cpl days but its on me I only aked if it would be heated for out trip didnt specify warm will definitely nxt time. For $$$ a night I thought that would be automatic and the door and jacuzzi would have all been in working order. I do want to make sure everyone knows this is a absolutely beautiful house incredible view and very nicely set up for a family trip and will definitely go back hopefully these things will be fixed I would stil give 9.8 stars out off 10. The hist was very responsive to the txt got back within 5 min or less when we had questions. It was fully stocked with all the pots and Pans utensils you will need.

This property was beautiful! Great getaway from the city into a secluded environment in the mountains. The sounds from the pool waterfall and scenery made this escape worth while. Highly recommend with a big group as the space was accommodating!
