Sweet Private Leavenworth River Front Cabin with Fast WiFi & hot tub- Sleeps 6.

This warmly decorated home is ideal for family vacations or a couple’s getaway. The cabin looks out on its own huge private river front and accompanying meadow (think: capture the flag, walking meditations, Andy Goldsworthy sculpture building sessions). Indoor kitchen island seats six and doubles as dining table. We offer super fast fiber optic WiFi for those that need to stay connected; this also allows you to partake in content movies, etc. via fire stick. The covered deck on the second floor has a large dining table and gas BBQ perfect when weather's warmer. The Hot Tub is nestled on the patio below with another table and seating area. There are two bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs doubles as a game/living room with a sofa bed for a third bedroom. A path meanders from the patio through the field to the Chiwawa River where you can dip in the water or just watch the river rush by. Also by the river is a stone fire ring and seating, bring wood and smore's makings - during County approved months.

The beautiful Bavarian village of Leavenworth is 20 minutes away with its many seasonal festivals.

Mountain Springs Lodge is a couple of minutes away with snowmobile rentals, a restaurant and sleigh rides. You can schedule a snowmobile tour and a dinner all on the same night. In summer months you can schedule horseback rides at Mountain Springs or hike some of the many nearby trails. In the tiny town of Plain, you will find Just Plain Grocery and Plain Hardware, a store with a surprising selection of garden, home, and personal accessories for your shopping pleasure~ espresso too!

Some of the many activities available nearby include Lake Wenatchee state park 10 minutes away, for the anglers - Fish Lake is 10 minutes away. Also nearby is Thousand Trails, as well as many guided river rafting tours. See our area information page on our website for links to area activities.

From Stevens Pass to Wenatchee you will find your favorite activities. Our location in the middle offers access to everything, whether you're golfing, fishing or rafting on the Wenatchee River, hiking in the Alpine Wilderness Area of the Cascades, rock climbing near Leavenworth, or enjoying a scenic wine tour, you are sure to create wonderful memories. There is something for the entire family to enjoy any time of year.

Great house, lovely property

Christmas Vacation

This cabin was perfect for us to come and visit our son for Christmas. The sounds of the river in the backyard and the wonderful hot tub made it so relaxing. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!!

We loved our stay. The house was comfortable and well stocked. The property was beautiful and private without being isolated. Gorgeous in the snow. So much to do, not enough time. Next time we’ll stay longer.

Truly lovely retreat

Snowy getaway

The cabin had everything we needed to make a few meals and get cozy and play board games with family. We loved seeing all the snow and sunshine! Beautiful spot on the river, we want to return in the summer to fully enjoy the deck overlooking the river. Thanks for sharing!

Quiet getaway

We brought our 2 teens and their friends. Brought firewood to have a fire by the river. Brought meals to prepare the whole time. Comfortable get a way. Girls Went to Leavenworth for a few hours. Boys went fishing at the lake both days.

Winter wonderland

The house is cozy, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. The drive down to the property may require AWD/4WD in the winter but the driveway itself was recently plowed and had a snow shovel and salt available.

Beautiful Christmas Home

What a hidden gem!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and it was so peaceful hearing the river flow behind the house. Great girls weekend

Cabin was clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! The games, foosball table and puzzles were a great bonus. Perfect place to stay and head out for day hikes in the central cascades or explore Leavenworth. We enjoyed it so much and will definitely book again if we decide to try out more hikes in the area in the future!

Little Slice of Heaven

The house was great and river was amazing. Discovering Plain, WA and visiting Lake Wenatchee was was a treat as well. Close enough to Leavenworth to make it easily accessible, far enough away from civilization to make it relaxing. Do be aware of two things: 1) The third queen size bed is a hide-away couch bed; 2) No fires. Overall wonderful place to stay. We would return anytime!

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view & small walk to the river. There was only a couple downfalls- lots of Bees & hanging bee catcher’s with lots of dead bees inside of each of them we weren’t able to eat outside. We loved the cabin & enjoyed playing at the river.

Nice cabin by river

We originally had 6 people, but ended up with only 4. Was a great way to have common area together, but 2 separate sleeping areas. Easy check in and out and very clean place. Wish there wasn’t a burn ban, but what can you do?!? 😊

Beautiful River!

This was the perfect spot for a little R&R with the river being a big highlight for both us and our dog! The home was immaculate when we checked in and had plenty of equipment for cooking etc. The bed and linens were very cozy. We also really liked the charm of the small town of Plain which is just minutes away. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and she was great at replying with any questions we had. Perfect River Views

Loved the location of this cabin! Its in an open field so lots of sunshine but you have a front row view of the river from the deck, perfect for relaxing. Its just a short walk down a small hill and through the field to get to the fire pit and the river. Only about 20-30 min to Leavenworth and about 10 to Lake Wenatchee. Recommend the Old Mill Cafe just a couple miles away in Plain for its BBQ and take and bake pizzas!

Paradise by the river

The house is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need to cook with. The hot tub was clean, warm and inviting after our drive. The best bonas for us was being able to hear the river at night with our windows open. Totally delightful. We would definitely stay here again. We felt safe and relaxed for our entire stay. A little piece of paradise.

What an incredible stay. This listing fully surpassed my expectations. If privacy and serenity are what you seek, look no further than this location. The scenery was exceptional. The house was very clean, with amenities that were much more than I expected. It was the perfect spot to get away and feel pampered at the same time. The river was beautiful. Christmas stay

The property was beautiful in the snow. Our family was there over Christmas and they had a cute little Christmas tree up. It is a cozy house. The only sad thing is there is no room for a kitchen table in the house to eat together and play games. Maybe a heater on the deck to enjoy the outside table would be a nice addition to our stay. Magical

My family and I stayed during the Presidents Day weekend and let me tell you this place did not disappoint! Location was perfect, the house was clean, cozy and welcoming. The online pictures do not do this place justice! It snowed a couple of the morning and the view was magical! The house had a great space to cook in and very easy to find all the necessities!
