Our whole experience was great! The pool is open until midnight and is heated - so the kids loved that! We played some games in the lobby in the evening and it was great to have coffee and water available to us. The breakfast in the morning was really good and the staff was very helpful and friendly!

We arrived late, and got a room. Everything was perfect, from the cookies at check in, to the amazing breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly.

Showers were ok and the room was clean. Staff was as accommodating as could be. There was no notification of closed pool. Construction materials around facility, blocking parking spaces. Doors to side entrance unlocked 24/7. Bedside lamp didn’t work.

Breakfast was good. The large fridge/freezer was a surprise. 2 large towels isn't enough for 2 adults. There was no cover for the sink drain hole. Wallpaper was falling off the walls. The side door was supposed to be locked at night but there was a thick extension cord in the inside outlet with the cord outside. The parking lot had glass in it. There was construction going on but don't know what, definitely less parking spaces. Dirtiness on the carpeting on the stairwell was there when we arrived and still there 2 days later. I would not recommend this place at all.

Very quiet property-- there's really nothing near this hotel (like traffic or rowdy neighbors) yet it is conveniently located close to Maker's Mark. Pool was sufficient for an evening swim. Outside was very clean-/ no trash anywhere! Check in was fast. Front desk clerk friendly. Reception and breakfast area clean and well kept. Restaurants and the Cooperage Tours was a short 5 minute drive.

Easy parking. King Room is a nice size. Bathroom has cubbies for toiletries. Nice shower. BUT….u need quarters for the washer and dryer and detergent dispenser. Quarters Not available at the front desk. And the detergent dispenser may or may not have been empty. The staff didn’t know. We drove down the road a couple miles for quarters & detergent. Our 1st floor room reeked of cigarette smoke due to its proximity to the outside smoking area.
