"Everything was nice except that we would have liked an opportunity to stay in a room on the same side of the pool and hot tub. We felt uncomfortable tracking through the main lobby back to our room (#292) on the other side of the complex. "

The actual driveway to get into the parking lot is a bit confusing (at least for my GPS), but once in the hotel, the room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast had plentiful choices. The staff helped my elderly mother with her needs. The hot tub was clean and wonderfully relaxing after a long drive."

Seriously, some of the most attentive and friendly staff I have experienced in a hotel stay in a long time. I literally mean everyone my wife and I interacted with. Take a bow Holiday Inn in downtown Lancaster…you deserve it. 🙂"
