Matt, thanks for sharing your feedback. We are so sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. Please know, since your departure, have have found out that the beeping was due to a sump pump (not radon) battery back up system that took a power surge to the electronics caused by a utility power outage/surge hours before your arrival. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance.

Great place to stay.
We have traveled all aver the world. From the time we opened the door, we could see a well cared for room. The room was tastefully decorated for the season. We would be happy to stay there again if the occasion arises.

Girlfriends weekend!
I would give it a 10 star if I could. So homey, clean and comfortable. Everything you need and more. Beautiful inside and out, perfect location for a girls weekend in Lebanon. Planning a longer stay next year!

A wonderfully quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Close enough to town but not too close. Beautiful grounds as well with a feeling of being at "home." Excellent security with exterior cameras and lighting.

Quiet and lovely
We came from Northern Wisconsin to attend our friend’s daughter’s wedding. After traveling 12 hours we settled in quite quickly to this inviting, clean, quiet little bungalow. We were so impressed by all of the host’s personal touches that made us feel so welcome. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place to stay when in Ohio.

This was perfect for us. It is exactly as listed - everything works perfectly, the beds are comfortable and my son loved that he could watch the same streaming programs as he does at home. The welcome sign with my name was a great touch! Thank you for a good night.

Awesome accommodations to a perfect weekend. We went to the Scottish Celebration at The Renaissance Festival and thoroughly enjoyed the bagpipes, jousting, etc. That was on our bucket list. We also went to the Loveland Castle, Jungle Jim's International grocery store and to the Lebanon AppleFest. or overnight accommodations were over the top and beyond perfection. We will absolutely stay at Meredith's and Michael's again.

Beautiful and well appointed accommodations
I rented Meredith’s space for my niece and bridal party to prepare for her wedding and take some photos. The space was just as pictured. I was a little concerned about where the girls would be able to put their belongings so as to minimize their presence in the photos. I was happily surprised to see there was a closet with an ironing board and garment rack, and an unfinished space where they are working on making laundry facilities for their guests. It was just what we needed! The ac stopped working temporarily, but Merideth and her husband quickly got it working again and provided fans for additional circulation. After the wedding, my niece and her husband stayed over, as they are not honeymooning right away. They enjoyed the space together, and had a good night of rest. The following morning as I was preparing to head over to pack up the food and things left over from the previous day, I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car. My niece messaged Meredith to let her know our departure would be a bit delayed, as I had to wait for my husband to return from church so he could take me there. Meredith was understanding and accommodating. Meredith’s beautiful and well appointed accommodations, as well as her understanding and responsiveness contributed to a wonderful experience for my niece on her special day! We are so thankful!

Perfect...just like home
We had a great stay here. The hosts were very very welcoming, remembered our special needs, and were available for questions all along the way. Communication was excellent. It was our first time using VRBO. The suite did not disappoint. It felt like being at home with comfortable beds, soft towels, and cooking on the grill. So many homey touches are in this suite. I will come back if I'm ever in Cincinnati.

This is a very quiet, clean and gives you the feel of home space. Meredith and her husband were super nice and accomodating. They are located not far from just about anything, 12 miles from Kings Island which was really handy. We will be looking to stay again on our yearly trip to Kings Island!

1st Basketball Tournament
This was our 1st tournament of our AAU season & being seasoned parents we wanted to make sure our daughters got the rest & relaxation they needed ( us too) with out being woken up by children/ adults running or talking loud down the hallways. Room is in a quiet area, but still gives good access to Cincinnati and surrounding areas. We had a great time and the host was very nice and accommodating. We were able to relax and recover from our days of adventure at this comfortable, relaxing room.

We arrived after dark and had no issues finding the property or locating our private entrance. We were welcomed with a warm and inviting living space. Along with plenty of touches to make it feel like home. One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at.

Great setup!
The house and yard were clean and well-kept. The walkout basement lodging is extremely spacious and was far more room than I actually needed, but worked out very well. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower, too! Overall a great value for the money!

My girls and I stayed at M&M's beautifully decorated suite for a quick getaway. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. The location is quiet, peaceful, and absolutely perfect for what we needed. The suite is very clean and tastefully decorated with special attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend M&M's suite.
