"The staff were very nice. Everything about this stay was great"

"The building is definitely old and doesn't look like much when you pull up, but staff was incredibly friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the kids said breakfast was delicious. Only problem we had was that it said the room sleeps five but there were only two double beds, not a couch or a fold out couch so we had to go buy an air mattress for the fifth person."

"A wonderful stay ! The staff was amazingly helpful. There was plenty to do with the kids more then we even expected ! The food options were great . The Landshark was a great option with the kids the staff was great ! The only downfall was there was no microwave in the room and the kids had to munch on their leftovers cold. But otherwise a great stay. "

"If you have a disability DO NOT GO! They don’t consider any psychiatric or any mental disability a true disability. A “PTSD” dog is NOT considered a service animal. It was terrible having to explain after driving 10 hrs and not having a place to sleep because their ignorance. "

"The managers are very nice, welcoming and wont bother you during your stay. Great if you just need a cheap place to sleep for a few days. The rooms also have fully functional kitchens with a stove, microwave, large fridge and utensils/plates. Bathroom is a little outdated but I think thats fair given the price point. "

"Parking was decent, staff was barely around but was nice, no lake view, room was clean and the jet tub was awesome."

"The hotel was very good. Staff were friendly. Only bummer was the pools was not open. Kids were pretty sad. But overall it was a good experience "

"There is never anyone at the desk when you walk in. You have to ring a bell to get someone. The associates are casually dressed so you don’t know if they work there. For the breakfast the coffee machine and the juice were broken. I went to use the coffee machine in the room and the back had all mold in it. I asked for another one and decided to run it with water before I made coffee and a bug came out: I would never stay at a quality in again. "
