Musty/moldy odor. Stained carpets, outlets that didn’t work, lamp that didn't work, stained ceiling in the bathroom and on walls. Did not feel clean at all.

Charming 2-bedroom upstairs apartment in Durham
The stay was amazing place exceeded expectation. The 4 star is because I went home with very damp clothes. I wanted to do a load of laundry and come with clean clothes. Unfortunately the dryer had a bad belt and screeched. Iove this place and would recommend for stay but dont do laundry

Landing Apartments Durham
Our room was very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped! We were able to cook meals, relax, and enjoy the surrounding area with ease. The Landing personnel were very communicative, helpful, and proactive.
