One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff and management did everything they could to welcome us and ensure we had a nice time. Great location for skiing and the shops and bars.

The previous outstanding reviews were not wrong. I have been fortunate to stay in many international hotels and this ranks up at the top. I am not easy to please and I was blown away. The personal attention upon arrival continued throughout the stay. What really makes the place is the quality of the service and the friendliness of the team. A particular call out for Melissa who was attentive and helpful at all times. Food was excellent, and we appreciated the efforts made cater for a pescatarian and vegetarian. I believe you have many repeat customers and we will be one of them. We look forward to it.

レッヒのホテル利用は2回目。このホテルは前回の別のホテルの二分の一の値段で宿泊。宿泊するまで少々心配していたが、杞憂であった。 バス停から近い。スーパーマーケットも近い。景観が良い。 スタッフがとても感じよく親切。 館内、室内のインテリアが美しく清潔。 3階のバスタブ付きの部屋で調度が整っており快適に滞在。 朝食は美味しい。 レストランも素晴らしい。 2日間有効のレッヒカード(14、7ユーロ シニア)を出してもらいゴンドラ、リフトを乗り継いでのハイキングにも最適の場所。 次回また宿泊したい。

ヨーロッパらしいコンパクト、家庭的なホテルで、とても快適に過ごせました。たまたま角部屋でもあったので、明るく、窓からのビューも最高に素晴らしいものでした。コンパクトながら必要な設備は揃っており、サウナ、ジャクジープール等、ハイキングの後のリラックスにも満足の出来るものでした。 海外では珍しい２食付きで宿泊しましたが、毎日フルコースのディナーを日替わりでサーブされるので、６泊しましたが、飽きること無く楽しめました。 ホテルの清潔感、質、設備、立地、スタッフの対応　すべて満足！　お奨めのホテルです。
