"The pool was shut down for maintenance and there was no email or notification that the pool would not be available for our stay. Part of my family went to a concert while the other 1/2 was staying back at the hotel just to swim. My kids were very disappointed. Staff was very nice. We did not use the bar or the restaurant on site. The sleeper sofa had stains on the couch part. No extra blankets avaliable only sheets. The bathrooms were clean. "

"The lobby was really nice and clean. The hall carpet and elevator tile was filthy. The drawers in the chest of drawers in our room would not stay closed. This caused a safety issue during the night. When walking to the restroom, the drawers would be in the walkway. I hit the top drawer with my arm. Other than the drawers, the room was nice. The shower head was great."

"First room they sent us to the bed wasn’t made. Second room it turned out the toilet was plugged and there was poop on the lid. Going from the registration desk to the elevator was weird. There were no lights turned on. The card readers to get in exterior doors didn’t work. The grass was knee high. You could tell it had been nice place once upon a time. Those days are gone and the place needs some TLC."

"Our room was clean, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were good, plenty of food and things were stocked and clean. I couldn't access the pool with my key card. The workout room was adequate, not super clean and the TV wouldn't come on."

"One word sums up this hotel: MAGNIFICENT!!! The rooms were clean, spacious, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. Not your typical waffles and bagels, but rather fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, etc. The staff was very friendly. Everything about this hotel is first class, and the price was about half of what one would expect for a hotel of this quality. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are anywhere in the area. "
