"Called the hotel multiple times messaged the motel multiple times prior to the reservation. Hotel staff stated someone would call me back and nobody called me back. I never received a message back. There was a blizzard and a travel advisory, and we were trying to get a hold of them to ask about our reservation and no follow up at all. We will never be back to this hotel again."

"NO! I would say it's best to tell your customers when booking rooms ahead of time that pool is down for maintenance. Instead we get a email roughly 24 hours for pre check in that pool is down. By the time we read email it's past the 24 hour cancellation time. When you book rooms in March in Upper Midwest your thinking to use pool. But I understand you wouldn't want tell anyone prior that pool is closed you'll would lose a room stay. "

"Parking was close, rooms were very nice. There is no staff on hand, you check in and out on your phone. The key to you room is loaded on your phone"

"Booked a Queen bed - It was a full bed, much smaller than a queen and not very big for 2 people. The hotel also had a very bad smell upstairs, I asked for a different room on 1st floor and was told they were fully booked. However the parkimg lot was almost empty - They were not even close to vooked full. "

"Room was clean. Service was good also. We travel a good amount and would not stay here again if we can help it. Showers were lukewarm at best, even with hot water fully up. Water pressure also very low. Only 1 washcloth and 3 bath towels in our room. No blankets or sheets or pillows in the room for the soda bed. "

"Chris was super accommodating to our group. We were here for state basketball so had a variety of ages in our crew. The home was well appointed, quiet neighborhood, and fit all of us. Hope to be back next year!"
