Hygge Tiny Home
Our Modern Tiny Home sits on a working farm, conveniently situated 19 minutes from Zion National Park. It is set up on a farm with chickens, cows and sheep! The tiny home is complete with a full bathroom, 2 lofts (one queen bed and one twin bed), a pull out sofa bed and a washer/dryer combo! The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you will need. Situated inside of a pasture with views of the copper mountains, you'll get to see farm animals up close with the most amazing views! Check in time is 3PM. Check out time is 11AM.
Hygge (HUE-gah) is the Danish way of celebrating comfort and the simple pleasures in life! Creating a cozy atmosphere so you (and a friend) can enjoy each other's company, is my mission!
This tiny home was designed by my husband and I to feel as open as possible by letting in a ton of natural lighting with 10 windows! It also has butcher block counters, a bowl sink in the bathroom, a kitchen farm sink, and a drop down butcher block table. We took no short-cuts to make this place absolutely stunning for our guests! This Tiny Home also has a full stand-up shower (shampoo/conditioner and body wash available), TV w/ Netflix, Wifi, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and washer/dryer combo in case of those laundry emergencies!
You are located smack dab inside of a working farm, a privacy fence all around our spot so you can feel comfortable and have your own space! We now have hammocks and a fire pit with skewers provided for roasting marshmallows!
The home can sleep up to 5 people comfortably (although when there ARE five people, storage becomes very limited inside). The queen loft is carpeted and has a queen bed with a privacy wall to keep things... well... private :) The twin loft is also carpeted and has a Ventilated Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress. The sofa downstairs pulls out to become a queen bed and can comfortably sleep two adults (pillows and blankets will be in the storage underneath). All bedding has a down comforter with duvet!
There is one ladder that goes to the twin loft and queen loft. When ladder is not being used it is stored up against the fridge. *Note: the ladder is steep, anyone who has limited mobility and/or children should not try to risk it and sleep on the sofa bed. Also, if twin loft is not being used for sleep, it can be used as storage! I.E. Your suitcases and other belongings.
Toquerville is a small town right at the foot of Zion National Park and sits just 19 minutes from Park's entrance, 20 minutes from St. George, 15 minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir, and 15 minutes from Quail Lake!
Whether you're a tiny home frequenter or perhaps this is your first tiny home experience, The Hygge Tiny Home Welcomes You!

Our family of 5 stayed here. We felt safe and comfortable and had everything we needed after long days at Zion National Park. The outdoor area was a bonus. We loved relaxing in the hammocks!
We had a nice stay in this cabin. The outside was private and very cosy with the small lights and firepit. The trailerpark was a little bit messy, but in the cabin it was perfect.
Exactly what we needed for our family trip to Zion. The beds most comfortable I’ve slept in in a while. Host was gracious. Outdoor seating was perfect to end the night.
The place was super cozy, clean and quiet. Great location! Everything we need it was provided in the house. After all day hiking we were able to enjoy the outside area! Absolutely recommend the little house!
Loves the “Tiny House!” We came to run a marathon in Zion and the Tiny house was in a great location, beds were super comfortable. Had everything we needed!! Thank you!
We had a great stay at the tiny home. It had everything we needed and it was just the right amount of space for our family of 3. My daughter loved the lofts and thought it was so fun! It gave us the feeling of camping but with the convenience of being cozy and having everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made the checking in and checking out process very easy. The location was about a 40 minute drive to Zion’s visitor center and the drive there was so beautiful.
Enjoyed our stay at the Hygge tiny home. It was clean and well maintained. I was surprised at how sound proof it was. We could never hear any outside activity or noise. The trailer park that it's in is not the nicest, but the home itself is great. The property manager was terrific and communications were excellent and informative.
Perfect location for a trip with my husband and son. We hiked Zion and Bryce Canyon to celebrate our sons graduation from high school. It was clean and the location was very low key and quiet!

The Hygge House was awesome. Cozy, super clean, very well appointed.
Highly recommend. Worth the 35 minute drive from Zion.
We had such a great stay in this tiny home! Super clean, super homey, has a full kitchen, comfy beds, great AC, and a wonderful outdoor area. Brittany was a great host and I thought the property was even better than the description! Great little getaway if you are going to Zion (just a quick 40 min drive to the park). Would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay! The the outside area with hammocks, lights in the tree, picnic table and fire pit was the cherry on top! The tiny house was actually rather roomie inside. It did not feel small at all with 3 of us staying. Highly recommend!!

This was fun to stay in this tiny home. The property manager was great when we accidentally locked the place the wrong way and. needed to get a key to open it. It was a little tricky climbing the ladder for us old people, but we were able to do it well enough. Love trying this out.

The overall experience was lovely. However, the smoke detector was not in working order. Please make sure all safety things are checked prior to booking and staying at this facility.
Everything was very nice and organized. It was perfect for me and my partner, but it can definitely fit more people, as the listing says! The WiFi and service isn’t the best, so this wouldn’t be great for someone who needs that to work, for example. The coffee machine provided is for K-cups if you want to buy coffee in advance. Thanks for the place!
We enjoyed our stay overall! The only things we would have fixed were the WiFi not working so we couldn’t use our phones and the comforter did smell a bit dusty. However, everything was clean and in its place. And we loved being able to use the park pass. Thank you!!!
This place was so cute and equipped with everything you need like everyone has mentioned! We stayed while it was rainy and the place was so cozy. The host was very accommodating when I asked if the home had a certain item. I didn’t need to go out of my way to purchase one!
I am so grateful that the host allows you to use her national park pass as well.
It was such a pleasant stay and have recommended the home to many friends and family.
For our Utah vacation, we didn’t want to just stay at a hotel or typical rental. We wanted a one-of-a-kind experience and this tiny house delivered! It looked exactly as pictured and was adorably charming! We felt like we were on an episode of HGTV (you know, the part at the end of the episode when they do the final reveal!). Brittany was also super responsive when we had trouble with the internet. Highly recommend this cute little tiny home!
We really enjoyed the quiet nature of the established park and we were left alone to enjoy. My wife and I were traveling with our 18yr old son, our 22yr old son and his 20yr old girlfriend. Though they are all young adults now, they still acted like little kids when it came to the lofts and gave them a sense of privacy in the tiny home. My wife and I are considering downsizing and have kicked around a tiny home, so this gave us a perfect opportunity to try one. Overall, it was a great experience and if we had been able to stay a few more days we would have.

Adorable tiny home, but
The tiny home was cute and comfortable, but the site is tucked in the back of an RV park and there was a lot of junk on neighboring sites and was not ad pictured. The cooktop doesn’t work well and it took forever to scramble a couple eggs.
We loved the stay. Super quiet area, super clean, and super comfy beds. I would’ve gave 5 stars all around, but there were a few things missing. The owner did tell me about the remote for the a/c was missing, but we had to step up on the counter and I’m pretty short so that was inconvenient. And the book for the home with procedures had the incorrect WiFi name and password. It was in a different area but we were confused about the password. But the owner did get back to me soon with the info. It was just a little frustrating because we couldn’t get service to send the text message out. The only suggestions I would make at all would be to update the home binder with the correct WiFi information and to maybe get some curtains for the window behind the couch. The sun comes in that window during the evening so we couldn’t see what we were watching. Overall though, I’d most definitely stay here again. My son who is 15, who has always said he’d never stay in a tiny house, ended up loving it. Winning!
