"This hotel was close to the train station, which was helpful. However, the property is very worn and is in serious need of renovation and updating, especially in the bathrooms. Further, we were informed that we would be charged almost £4 per person to use the shuttle service to the airport. I have never had to pay for the airport shuttle at an “airport hotel” We specifically chose this property for its proximity to the airport and the airport’s train station, expecting to be able to take the complementary shuttle to the airport for our early morning flight. We won’t stay here again."
