"Comfortable, safe, clean and well loved. Great location and the friendliest staff. Super clean and ready early for me. I appreciated that tremendously. Perfect for the two days I stayed. Although this property is slightly dated it is well maintained, clean and comfortable. I respect this more than room service and indoor pools. This is not that but offers a perfect getaway with lovely views and minutes from either downtown TC or Suttons Bay. I will return for sure!! "

"Great spot just east of Glen Arbor. We love to golf Sugar Loaf/Manitou Passage and go to leelenau wineries/restaurants so the being on the Northeast side of town is perfect. Quick walk to the beach. Very comfortable, bright and clean. Love having access to the kayaks fun river ride to lake MI. Only downside for some folks will be that there is only small private bedroom and only a double bed in there (we are used to king so...hubby slept in loft LOL) But we knew this going in! Rest are sleeper sofas and twins and a double up in loft--can sleep a lot if your group wants to be together all the time! They have certainly made the most of the space. Lots of outdoor fun and games and a campfire pit. We used it all!"

"Nice room for a reasonable price. The place was clean, had a mini fridge (fairly large for a mini fridge) and microwave available. King size bed was also appreciated. Curtain for the bathroom area is a little odd, but not a big deal"

"We very much enjoyed our short stay. Kitchen was well equipped and common area was cozy with a fantastic view. Appreciated the deck with table and chairs too! "

"Some confusion when searching property online prior to coming because another business was listed as having same address. Did not realize 2 long staircases to access rental & bedrooms. Had an issue with fruit flies but property managers very prompt in trying to resolve the problem. Everything very new, clean & neat! "
