"The first room I booked was atrocious. If you could imagine like 10 packs of cigarettes and ass… that’s what it smelled like. I went to the desk to switch rooms so I DON’T get billed for the smoke smell, and got a diff room that had absolutely 0 smell ; so 10/10 tbh for the quick switch. "

"The manager, who also checked me in and was always at the reception, is exceptionally wonderful person. He was on point and attend to all of my needs. I also saw him do the same for every customer, great leaders are always in the trenches with teams, he’s a great leader. "

"The airport shuttle was a bit late. Another hotel shuttle dropped me at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable in spite of a strong, cold wind creeping through the doorjam crack. The only problem was the smoke being blown in with the cold wind. The staff was great - friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful hotel -rooms were very spacious, pool was great, bar has nice selection and staff. We were there in March so outdoor pool etc was not open but it looked pretty with waterfalls etc.Spa was nice but very expensive. "
