“Fountains of Fun” in Chesnut Bay Resort on Weiss Lake is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath centrally located lake house perfect for multi-family or guests (up to 8 or 9 adults/kids). Just steps to the mushroom pool, the kids can splash, slide and swim while you watch from the deck or hang out on one of the many pool chairs. Take a short walk to Sharkey’s, boat ramp, volleyball court, the “beach” or second community pool. There so many fun activities to enjoy at Chesnut Bay, you will have so much fun during your stay. House features a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances stocked and ready for great meals, light airy feel throughout, Queen bedroom/bathroom on lower level, 2 bedrooms (1 with bunk beds) and a bathroom on the upper level. TVs in every room, board games, cards, and books ready for many nights of family competition. Book now and count down the days until you have “Fountains of Fun” at Chesnut



The Space:

RESTRICTIONS Maximum 10 guests. No smoking. No pets. TERMS Three night minimum for peak season weekend stay. Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season. Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $215 cleaning fee and 10% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night. RATES $225/night peak season, $175/night off season

Chesnut Bay has 2 Beach Areas with Chairs and Umbrellas furnished . Boat and Jet Rentals on Site. 2 Pools, Basketball court and Swing set for the kids. Free Kayaks, water bicycles also on the Great Escapes side there is 2 playgrounds , basketball court, ice cream shop, gift shop, waterpark, jumping pillow, corn hole, horse shoes.

Chesnut Bay Resort and Great Escapes RV resorts and Pirates Bay Waterpark are nestled in a small community on Weiss Lake in Leesburg , Alabama.



Getting Around:

Great Escapes rent golf carts for 75.00 @ day and you have to be 21 years old to rent one and 18 to drive. No outside

golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local food recomendations.
