HELENA is a 130sq.m. property that became operational in June 2025 and can sleep 9 - 11 persons.

The villa features an impressive 55sqm infinity salt cement pool designed with a beach like entrance that is equipped with double jacuzzi jets.

The pool area is furnished with modern sun beds, armchairs for relaxation time, external shower, long dining table for all guests, and a gas bbq facility. The whole set up is ideal for guests who wish to spend the day by the pool or cook at the outdoors, or wish to arrange for a special dinner experience.

You will love our modern interior architectural theme of beautifully polished exposed concrete on ceilings while at the same time, our colourful interior furnishings blend well with the modern architectural setting.

The communal area of the villa features a living room with a comfortable corner sofa that could also serve as an extra sleeping facility, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

A glass roof set along the back wall of the property invites the sunlight and plays a pivotal role in making this property a luxurious and modern choice.

The property features 3 bedrooms with black-out shutters and en-suite bathrooms plus a 4th bedroom at the loft furnished with a double bed and a single sofabed. A 4th bathroom is available near the kitchen area while an infrared sauna is installed in a private area offering an extra wellness facility to the guests.

You can enjoy the coolness of our centrally installed VRV system for maximum comfort and optimum sleep experience in our all cotton luxurious bedding materials.

Our private driveway (only 300m off the main road) provides access to the property on a hill overlooking the Ionian sea and the Acarnanian mountains. You will find that ample parking space is available for all guests. There are two parking areas, one of which provides access to the property at the same level with the outdoors area, avoiding use of stairs (also suitable for wheelchairs).

Just came back home with our heads still buzzing from the out of this world experience we had on Lefkada island! We wanted a spacious villa (we are one big party) overlooking the sea that would predict all of our needs. This amazing villa was even more than we expected! The view is outstanding! You are above the Ionian sea and all you can see is the green of the trees and the shades of blue of the sea and the sky from every window of the villa and while relaxing on the sunbeds around the pool. We didn't want to leave this place! But hey, Lefkada has so many things to see. Unfortunately we only had a couple of days, so we visited the center which is very beautiful with its little bridge, many old churches and had a stroll around. Next day we went to Nydri which is very picturesque! Everything was within reasonable distance from the villa and Ms Vasso, the host, gave us great tips on what to do because we were lost! We wanted to do so much more! The hosts were always available to answer our questions and made us feel kings and queens! A shout out to the infrared sauna, which was one of the best things that the villa would offer, as we arrived late after a long trip and it was all that we needed to relax and start our little vacation! We 're definitely coming back again this summer because we fell in love with the property, it is luxurious and cozy at the same time, (so many bedrooms with their own bathrooms!!!) and the island of Lefkada! Thank you for the hospitality! SeeUsoon!
