The luxurious villas are located on the magestic rock face , elevated 40 meters above sea level at ‘’Passas’’ Perigiali Lefkada. The unique location allows a breathtaking panoramic view of the satellite islands , the famous Scorpios , the evergreen Sparti , the poetic Mathouri and the magnificent Megannisi , within the magestic crystal clear blue waters of the Ionian Sea.

The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully and artistically designed with a spacious pool terrace around the private pool, built charcoal BBQ with preparation area and sink, outdoor dining, shaded areas to escape the midday sun and plenty of seating from which to enjoy the stunning view over the turquoise waters of the Ionian.

The private swimming pool is accessed by steps from both the upper lounge and lower level. The gorgeous infinity effect of the swimming pool allows for nothing to detract from the sea views and you can laze in the sun or under the stars just taking in this amazing Ionian View.

The main entrance leads straight into a very spacious open plan lounge with flat screen TV, dining room and kitchen. Large French doors lead out to the verandah, which has a selection of furniture to lounge on, or to enjoy an evening meal under the stars.

The lower level, accessed by a sweeping interior staircase, leads to a second lounge and the three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a large double bed and en suite bathroom with shower cubicle. The Double and the Twin have direct access to a shared bathroom with bath and large shower enclosure. All bedrooms have air conditioning and direct access to a shared balcony and the private pool.

A special feature is the fourth double room (guests house) and en suite which is independently located in the courtyard of the villa. A fireplace and a small kitchen is included.
