With two bedrooms and one bathroom, Villa Adriani comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is located in the town of Nydri, on the east coast of the island of Lefkada, Greece. The perfect base for extended families and large groups seeking a holiday together in the sun, this property conveniently neighbours Villa Irida and Villa Morfeas. Just a short walk from Nidri Beach, you will find the town’s natural harbourside. Here you will find a busy waterfront where you can enjoy boat trips, bustling bars, and seaside tavernas. A little further out, notable locations including the Agiou Georgiou Square and the Sikelianos Musuem are within reach. Outside, this property boasts a private swimming pool overlooking the lush green grassland, rugged mountain tops, and azure Ionian Sea. Framed by comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor dining area with a built-in barbeque, here there is plenty of space to relax, dine, and socialise. Through the patio doors you are welcomed by an open plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. With everything you need from Wi-Fi and air conditioning to a flat screen TV and coffee machine, your stay is sure to be cool and comfortable.

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 14 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The patio is crazy paved which can be uneven in places. There is a small lip over the patio doors. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor double bedroom door is 78cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 70cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor.
