Villa Aggelos, one of two newly built villas, collectively named Elysian Villas, is a lovely three-bedroom villa nestled in private gardens below the sleepy village of Paliokatouna. It overlooks cosmopolitan Nidri with stunning views across the beautiful Ionian Sea and beyond to Mainland Greece. Guests at Villa Aggelos enjoy the best of both worlds; poolside tranquility and bustling night life an easy 850m stroll away. It is your choice whether to stay at home enjoying peace and quiet by the pool or wander down to bustling coastal Nidri with its multitude of shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars. Elegantly furnished throughout in natural tones and fully equipped for comfort, Villa Aggelos is the perfect choice for your holiday on the island of Lefkada, whatever the season.

The terraced private pool area and spacious garden provide plenty of areas to find your own private spot to relax. Which will be your favourite one? Lying under the shade of the wooden pergola, lounging on one of the comfy sofas or six sunbeds to top up your tan, snoozing in the shade of any of the three large sun umbrellas, sitting at the large dining table taking in the view or just swinging in one of the hammocks under the olive trees? There is a special place for everyone to enjoy the peace and quiet at Villa Aggelos.

Throughout Villa Aggelos, a clean-uncluttered style is prevalent. The modern cool tones gently lead the eye out to the garden and the gorgeous olive groves that surround the villa. On the ground floor, the open plan lounge/ dining room and kitchen are both comfortable and functional. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and fridge/freezer, as well as the full range of utensils, pots and pans, crockery, and cutlery for you to prepare meals throughout your stay. The gas BBQ adds to the cooking facilities for those wonderful Mediterranean family BBQ’s that can be enjoyed on the terrace by the pool.

Villa Aggelos sleeps six people in comfort. The ground floor has a Twin Bedroom, which can be made up as a Double, and upstairs there are two Double Bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers and all bedrooms have access to either a balcony or the pool terrace. The upper level of the villa also hosts a lovely seating area with comfy sofas; the perfect spot to enjoy the unobscured views over the beautiful olive groves and out across the satellite islands of Lefkada.

Villa Aggelos is fully air-conditioned throughout, with large French doors allowing warm sunlight to flow inside the villa and connect you with the stunning views at every opportunity.
