Staff was disrespectful on arrival and didn't offer any help. Room was dirty and it looked as though it hadn't had a good cleaning in some time. This place was very different than what is advertised. We were hoping to make this a frequent stop as we travel through Legazpi/Durago multiple times each year. That will not be happening.
