  • House with a garden, ideally located 150 metres from Plage des Américains at the entrance to the village of Cap Ferret.

    The air-conditioned villa, recently completed in the style of oyster huts with modern comforts, features 4 bedrooms (sleeps 9), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room opening onto a large, partially covered terrace, 3 shower rooms, a full bathroom, 4 toilets, and an outdoor shower with hot water.
    End-of-stay cleaning and linens are included in the rate.
    Numerous amenities: barbecue, plancha grill, patio furniture, ping-pong table, foosball table, pool table, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, beer tap, Auna smart speaker, TV, etc.

    From the house, you can walk to the beach and its sailing club, the famous Cap Ferret market, the pier to take a boat to visit Arcachon or climb to the top of the Pyla Dune, and the Atlantic beaches (800 metres away)... There are numerous bike paths in the surrounding area.

    In addition, an independent concierge service is available to enhance your stay:

Maison très agréable !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour de deux semaines en famille au moins d'aout. La maison est placée idéalement près de la plage et au calme. Elle est également très bien équipée que ce soit pour la cuisine, le linge ou les loisirs, bref, tout est pensé pour que la détente soit permise!

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette jolie maison très bien conçue. Calme, verdure et à deux pas du bassin. Le service de conciergerie est parfait et notre hôte très sympathique.
